We stayed here on 8/25/23 and on 9/7/23. Both times Blake at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. He was very accommodating with our room selection and parking. We were pulling a trailer with offroad vehicles and were concerned about overnight parking in an area that was secured. He assured us security would be making rounds and was able to put us in a room where we could see our vehicles. He also offered to help us with our luggage. He is an exceptional young man who seemed to enjoy his job. He was very courteous and pleasant and made a very good impression. I did consider booking with Hyatt Place, but their breakfast (at Hyatt in Utah) was lacking and they only had half and half or milk at the coffee bar. Blake and your breakfast buffet were deciding factors.

I liked the beds they were comfortable, the bathroom standing shower, the lotion and hand wash dispenser next to the sink and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers too. great staff, service courteous always helpful but what I liked the most was the peaceful and quiet the place was. I would totally stay here again pet friendly. the breakfast was awesome. lastly even for some they don’t care much for the room entrance I like card key to the sensor door instead of key inside the slot

didn’t like the rooms just a little to tight in a few space but still it was ok. I also disliked the fact that this place didn’t have its own pool but sure guests of Tru could go to the hyatt regency next door and allowed in their pool to tru guests. to much mosquitos though the back door were coming in and flying all through the hallway hopefully that problem could get fixed.

Convenience to family on our pass through Amarillo

Our room on this stay appeared to have been cleaned somewhat but there was still trash in one of the bins, dirt on the floor that hadn’t been swept & cleaning cloth on the floor in the bathroom !! We would’ve changed rooms but the guy working the desk said they were sold out, so we stayed in the room we originally booked !

My wife and i stopped here from colorado back to san antonio and staff was very helpful even at 1 AM. Breakfast was great, small selection but very nice and well done. Rooms were clean and bathroom was great. I really enjoyed the soap dispensers.

Only thing that was negative was that in the shower the body was soap dispenser was missing but we just had to contact the front desk to get another bottle of it. They were very quick and polite about it.

The room was really clean the staff was nice.The breakfast was okay but did not realize I had to microwave.

The room was so small for the price I paid.The room only 1 chair a computer chair but really no room for a good chair.The TV was to big considering how small the room was I most likely will not stay again but not because the staff.

The So youthful hip and urban with all the amenities that we need. The hotel staff was very very accommodating making sure they took care of dating. They also point us to things to do in Amarillo and welcome us with open arms that coffee and Cocoa bar was so delicious and so accommodating right from the very start of our long trip through Texas and Oklahoma we will definitely back next year thank you so much to all the staff and we look forward to spending more time at true Hilton Hotels Hilton Hotels.

The only thing that I didn't like and this does not account on the hoteliez and the staff is that I didn't have more nights to stay at tru.

I was completely blown away by this hotel! Love the design and interiors. Very clean very modern with a retro feel. No carpet which is nice...don't have to worry bout it being cleaned. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared and plentiful. They have a very well stocked snack necessities shop. Very convenient to the interstate and restaurants. Will definitely look for the Tru brand on future trips

Loved everything.

It was okay. Pancakes were cold and the eggs were awful. There were other choices so we didn’t leave hungry.

We’ve stayed there twice and stayed on the 1st floor and the 4th floor. The wind is an issue and you hear it in your room. I wasn’t a fan of the wood floor.

The acessible rooms are very spacious. Perfect for maneuvering a wheelchair. The young man at the front desk when we checked in was awesome. If ever back in the area, we will stay again!

We couldn't get the blinds down in the room to block the lights from outside.

Staff greeting at check in and check out was great. Gym was good, and the room was comfy.

Parking was limited due its location. The street to get into the hotel wasn’t marked. Need better signage. No pool, but not a big deal.
