Best Western Plus Arlington North

The people where great very friendly and helpful. Very clean .very nice hotel.i like to talk to people and the hole staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great the coffee machine was so cool the lady taking care of the breakfast was great .even riding up and down with the staff on the elevator they where friendly. Total joy to stay there if I have any complaints it would be the pull out bed and all the pillows.

Pillows where to hard and pull out bed you could fell the springs.this is a management and owner problem. Maybe time for new Pillows and mattress on pull out.put I can't speak enough on the great people. This will be my goto when visiting my daughter

Room was clean and comfortable. Could control our AC in room. Pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful checking in. Breakfast selection was good. Felt safe in parking lot at night. Will be staying here again. All of these are the most important thing to me about a hotel. The pros of this place highly outweigh the cons.

The price was a little more than I typically would feel comfortable paying, but it was a very busy weekend in Arlington so everything was very expensive. The water pressure in the shower was a JOKE-though the temperature was great-especially since I had to take a longer shower because of the pressure. Subtitles didn't work on our TV.

It was a very nice hotel and clean. The pool was very nice also my kids loved it. We slept very well. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I have ever had for hotel breakfast.

It was a very nice hotel and clean. However, the water pressure was horrible one of my kids couldn't even wash her hair when she took a shower because she has super thick hair and she would have been in there an hour just trying to get all the soap out. Other than that, everything else was good. We might come back if the water pressure can get fixed.

Room very clean with a big "empty" fridge. Everything was great..maybe something like a small pack of welcome in the fridge...even something from the breakfest area... like muffin or fruit cup or something cold to snack or drink...

None. Everything was great !!! Cannot really came up with that was bothering me. Ice machine on second and fourth floor - we had rooms on the third. Reception stuff look and seem little bit overworked/tired.

Breakfast was good each morning. Location was suffcient to connecting highways.

Wanted to pay cash for rooms upon arrival and was told corporate policy did not allow cash payment rooms had to be charged to my credit card used to reserve the rooms, in my travels I've never had any motel chain refuse cash payment! There was also a 50 dollar refundable deposit that wasn't mentioned on the booking site. The pool was clean but pool heaters weren't utilized and the water was so cool our granddaughters and family were unable to use the pool.

We had 2 stays of 2 nights and both rooms were large (particularly by UK standards) and well equipped - fridge & microwave, and plenty of plug sockets. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good , with a good choice

Being picky, the pillows were small and the coffee in the room was absolutely disgusting (if you want coffee, get some from the lobby - it's much better. Rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy as they face the freeway

The location was great!! The staff was friendly and helpful! The bed for the most part was comfortable.

.The second day we were there they put a sign on the door that stated they were short staffed and only changed out towels and trash. Well when you have kids you need everything cleaned up. We didn't say anything the first day. The next day they did the same thing and that is wrong!! My husband went up and asked them to explain and the receptionist didn't know anything about it. We asked if we get money back and they said no then my husband said they need to come clean both of our rooms. They did come that afternoon and clean them. The couch is very hard and extremely low and hard to get up from.

The only thing missing was biscuits and gravy. But not a deal breaker. It was nice and quiet. It was as good if not better than ihop which is located right across the street. Very convenient to get to airport. Took less than 20 minutes with moderate traffic and less than 15 minutes with light traffic.

Parking. There’s probably not much that can be done about that but parking was tight. A TV channel guide would be nice to have in the rooms.

This hotel had it all , so clean and beautiful, our room was amazing and the jacuzzi had its own separate room with a big flat screen TV over it , it also had its own little window for veiwing the scenery, the hotel room it's self had a big beautiful Bed , nice and comfy, another flat screen TV and a small little living room area with fold out bed couch and lamp and coffee table, long mirrors and also a full bathroom with shower and bathtub and sink ECT. And for the price it was a steal straight up I highly recommend this place for couples or families with kiddos they also had a great big pool along the side of the facility!! A night I will never forget about, don't forget about the room service if you choose not to want to go anywhere, thank you so much Best western, don't for get to leave the light on for us next time xxoo

Room and hotel are nice and clean. Breakfast had good selection with protein items(eggs, bacon, and, sausage) . Coffee could use some improvement. Finally a hotel that would actually service your room with fresh towels daily.

The only issue I had was the noise from the room above. Construction of the floors seemed to be lacking in it ability to reduce noise from someone walking above.
