The maid service was super loud cleaning rooms slamming doors talking loudly walkie talkies kept going off with loud in work related conversations parked the cart right in front of my door and all this happened 9 in the morning also the day of check out we had someone knock on our door doing a room check which was hours before check out so I thought that was unprofessional and it disturbed us also when I called down to the front desk for more toilet paper and an extra towel he gave me an attitude saying we don’t have rooms service you have to come down and get it yourself which is fine but his attitude was not pleasant.

The AC worked really good. And my kids were comfortable. The lady that said the breakfast out was really nice and respectful. Also the lady at the front office was very respectful.

My sheets didn't look clean. There were black marks on them. I don't think they change the sheets. I saw the cleaning lady in the Next room just I don't know if she was steaming the sheets or looking at them but it didn't look like she was changing the sheets. The chlorine in the pool was way too strong for us to enjoy the pool.

I’ve always liked Holiday Inn express. Yet this time the hot tub was not hot.

For the price of renting for one night, you’d think that the hot tub would be hot. It wasn’t hot. Also for that price of $235 plus taxes turns out to be $274 you’d think that breakfast would be until from 6:30 to 10 or 11.

Convenient to shopping and good

The door to the room was extremely hard to open, 404. When we checked in at 4pm the room was still being cleaned so we had to wait elsewhere until they were ready. They were short staffed with housekeepers and they did apologize.

Breakfast was great, good offerings of good food. The bed was amazing! Comfort like this is rare in most hotels The staff was top notch, very helpful

Washcloths in the bathroom were threadbare,should be replaced. Everything else was awesome!

Staffs (Julia, Alyssa and Raul) are very nice and accommodatimg. Centrally located to places we want to visit: beaches, shops, restaurants. The hotel breakfast is good and has lots of options. Beds are comfortable and TV entertainment is above average.

Some bathroom tiles and tub drain in our room need a bit of attention

Good parking, good front desk staff. Room wasn’t ready though, but they did accommodate our request for a different room. Room was nice and comfortable with lots of amenities. Breakfast options were good and so was the food.

I reported to staff on duty his name was Joe that my granddaughter was frightened by a large cockroach in the bathroom. He said sorry about that illness let pest control know. I was upset about it and just left. He had no concern for my experience. Very disappointed.

Everything is so clean and bright. Staff very friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to be at work by 6am. I would have loved to sleep in on that big comfortable bed and enjoy the free breakfast.

1St the lady that greet me was really polite, the room was really clean, I love the suite and the sofa bed was a plus , very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Enjoyed every second.
