Breakfast was good! The ability to come and go with swim gear only without worry! Breakfast can be taken back to your room. Has view of ocean. The price was good. Staff polite. We stayed on the 4th floor and surprisingly the water shower was strong, smooth, and consistently hot. Additional coffee and towels easy request at front desk, no questions asked as much as you requested.

Rooms need work and service of the rooms. Room service is a request for most stays, so be prepared. Bathroom shower tiles and some could use more bleach. The room floors had air bubbles in places. Towels are limited apparently and management seem to think it's ok to bed with bloodstained sheets. We just needed a place to rejuvenate during our vacation so things like this "too tired to cared" but for y'all out there heads up. The bed was not as comfortable for something I expect at a 3 star hotel. I've slept in better 3 star beds.

right off the bat, the first day we got there the housekeeper came to us and said we are here for an extended stay. If there’s anything we need, she would be more than happy to provide it for us and needless to say it got better from that I am very pleased with this property. It is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at anywhere on the coast, I would highly recommend because of not only the friendly staff, but a beautiful hotel

parking can be a bit of a problem from time to time there. Parking lot is small and only out front so it is very limited. If you’re out late and you come back you can be difficult to find a place to park.

Bacon on request was an unexpected bonus at breakfast each morning! Location was amazing -- just across the street from the Whitecap Beach! The room's kitchenette had a full sized electric stove and refrig as well as plates, silverware and cooking equipment for meals in. There was a very cute Welcome note from housekeeper Edna on the dresser awaiting us upon arrival in our room! Such a delightful gesture from a seriously overworked employee!

Parking slots were a little tight for SUVs and pickup trucks but the hotel probably does not have control over that issue.

Every time we vacation at the coast. This hotel is our go to. Everything from the staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the room and building always exceeds our expectations. Book here. You won't be disappointed!!

I loved everything here. But just for future reference. Be sure to use only their parking spaces provided. If you make the mistake to park next door at the other hotel, the owner at that hotel will have your vehicle towed. We watched them tow vehicles left and right over the weekend. There is free parking right across the street that you can back into though just in case the hotel lot is full.

This was our second time to stay here. We love it! The staff is always nice and helpful! We decided to stay another night, at the last minute, and got a great price! We also love that there is a tiki bar called The Salty Dolphin right next to our hotel and the food, drinks and service are awesome! We were also across the street from the beach! If we'd had enough food, we would never have to get in the car because the room also has a small kitchen! We will definitely be back!

definitely better than what i was expecting based off of other reviews . we were on the top floor so the noise from the bar next door wasnt a problem . the room was clean , bathroom was nice and clean . slept great , and was super close to the beach we were able to take a little night walk on the beach and walk back to the hotel easily .

we didnt eat the breakfast in the morning we mostly just stayed in the room so everything was great , nothing to complain about . the only reason i would choose not to stay again is bc theres no pool . oh and a tip , i would bring pillows if youre staying more than a few days bc the pillows were kind of small so just something to think about if you want to be prepared

The hotel and staff were wonderful. They assisted us at every urn in finding places to eat and answering questions as well as providing excellent Parking during our entire stay. The comfort of the beds was awesome, not to mention the proximity of beach access. Sid and his partner were very kind and helpful. We had a most enjoyable time there. Thank you for making it a great Fathers Day treat for our special family member!

I loved that the room had a kitchenette with cookware. We really loved the Tiki Bar just outside of the building, great staff and great vibe. The place has a waffle press during breakfast which is always a plus in my book. The beach is just a short 3 minute walk away. The staff were all very friendly no matter where we encountered them. You could feel the happy energy and excitement, though the place still felt calm and relaxed somehow

There were few things I didn't like. The first was check-in was extremely slow. Though that might've just been that instance and not a regular occurrence. Plus that demeanor ended up adding to the peacefulness of the building. Secondly, I just wish a baking sheet was part of the kitchen or oven ware in general. We had everything else you could need, but we couidn't heat up our leftover wings in the oven. If they do have them, then room 406 is missing its oven ware (just a heads up to the hotel) That's it from my experience. Not much to really complain about. It was a wonderful and much needed vacation. We look forward to our next stay here

The hotel staff are awesome Sid was friendly and a pleasure to talk to made us laugh, and he made sure food stations were full and clean . The room for 2 people was nice. Cold Ac and very comfortable bed. No noise on the first floor by the laundry room and next to stairs. Excellent location clam Nice and clean beach and close to hotel. Exercise room was available when needed.

Perhaps parking lot be better.

As far as hotel stays go, this was one of the best experiences we've had. Good people, comfortable room, beautiful access to sand and sun, and didn't break the bank. Quiet space inside and out-- You didn't walk out the door straight into touristy shops and attractions, but those are within easy driving if you want them.

Honestly, the in-room coffee was pitiful, but if that's the only complaint I can find, it's not enough to keep me away.
