Breakfast was reasonably good, although limited, which is probably a good thing. As Americans we tend to eat too much anyway and then waste a lot by leaving food on our plates. Daytime staff was also very accommodating and friendly.

Thought we had a king size and a queen size bed for 3 people but ended up with a king size and a couch bed. I could be wrong though, so don't blame the hotel. I might have misread the room description. Also, the photos seem to show the hotel on the beach, which it was not. It was across the street from the Wyndham Hotel which was on the beach. Did have beach access, though, by walking across the street and through the Wyndam Hotel parking lot.

This was my second stay there. Staff were great! Very friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options for kids and adults. Pool is well maintained, and just great!! Great place to stay, I would like to note that the first time I stayed here I was alone, the office staff were great then and made me feel like I was cared about. The second time I went with my kids and the staff again was great with my kids! Thank you!!! I will be returning!

The only thing I think this hotel could change is the pool rules. No food or drink in pool area. This is not the staff's fault so I followed the rules. However, as someone on vacation I would like to have a drink by the pool, no glass of course. And I would understand not in the pool itself.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was well taken care of. The breakfast was also great!

We stayed in a room next to the break room of the hotel and the break room was super loud until 2am. We had children who had trouble sleeping. The break room employees were using vulgar language and at 1am someone yelled,”Fuck”. They kept slamming the door closed and I could hear clearly what they were saying. At one point someone was having a conversation on the phone while on the speaker. The next morning at 10am before checkout at 11am an employee open the door to our room without knocking(as I was getting ready).

The breakfast was good. Was not prepared at the serving time they had established. Coffee very strong, but they had hot water on tap to dilute by the coffee pots.

The room showed signs of wear and tear. The cushions on the sofa sleeper had tears at seams. The beds sat a bit high for most to easily get on. They did have a square ottoman with rollers that locked. which could be used as a step to access the bed easier. Nice TV and office chair. Liked the wall hooks for hanging bags or clothes. The bathroom tub was showing some signs of age, small rust spots. Good hot water supply. Nice towels.

Had a great time, close enough to the beach to walk, or can drive your car on the beach, staff was great, there were 18 of us in our group, so towels and toilet paper were our biggest need, room keys was the other, the staff soon learned who was all in our group and was great with helping us all out when we would show back up with no keys, the pool is decent size we had 9 kids so if we went ready to all go to the beach yet we could go swim, the price is a little on high side, but with beach access and free breakfast, all 18 of us from Nebraska has an awesome vacation 5 nights in North San Pardre Texas, already talking about going again❤ thanks for helping to make our trip amazing

The location was great, walking distance to the beach and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We were in room 216 and kept hearing music played from what I thought was another room. Come to find out the lobby lounge was right under us and the lobby music was coming up threw the floor. It was not horribly loud but still not the best.

Breakfast was OK, at least they had some vegetarian hot food. Hot tub and pool were very pleasant.

Even the “firm” pillow wasn’t really firm. Also, there’s a bar nearby that has loud karaoke until late, very audible from the rooms.

We had an ocean view from the third floor. It was such a treat! The breakfast food selection was very nice. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.

The general appearance of the hallways and furniture could be better. Lots of stains on the carpets and furniture upholstery. It kind of gave a worn/used/slightly dingy feeling. It made me feel like I was overpaying.

It was a great location the man that checked us in was awesome he was so nice to us.

House keeping sucked. They did out bed 2 times in the 5 days we stayed and they didn’t even vacuum the room.
