Location, comfort, cleanliness, housekeeping, friendly staff. Well staffed.

They need more hangers in the bathroom and shower area. This is a beach location and there is nothing to hang wet clothes on in the bathroom. They need to have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I got up to watch the sunrise on the beach. The restaurant is not open until 7. They are set up in the lobby for coffee but no one made it and I got a cup of cold day old coffee. I wanted to avoid going all the way up to my room and wake everyone one up making coffee. Most Hotels have complementary coffee the morning starting at least at 6 am. I ask them about it and they said after 11 am but it was never made that day.

The location and the view can’t be beat and they allow pets. The staff is pleasant, rooms are spacious and clean, if a bit worn. The beds are very comfortable. This was our second stay at this hotel.

This was our second time staying here , several months apart and oddly both stays had a period of posted hours each day where the water is completely cut off. They put up a sign in the elevator warning of the hours ahead of time, but it is still rather inconvenient and unexpected. Were we just unlucky or is this a daily occurrence? Also we had a cheap coffee maker in the room that didn’t work and leaked all over. They did replace it with a nice Keurig for the second morning.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean in the main lobby(except the bathrooms). Being right on the beach and pool overlooking the ocean was incredible I liked that it was pet friendly. Food was good.

Room had a terrible smell, mold on the windows, room was small, need more places to hang wet clothes and towels and more counter space in bathroom. Shower had a broken part of the wall. Some of the plugs/outlets didn’t work. Stairs to the beach were broken on last step

The convenience of everything. Breakfast buffet, indoor and outdoor bars, pool, hot tub, direct access to the beach. Friendly staff. Even watched a couple get married on the beach, while we were at pool.

The ONLY con I have is the lobby elevators. They were a little sketchy and riding with other hotel patrons, it was clear I wasn't the only one who felt that way. Outside of the elevator issue, I have zero complaints. We will definitely stay here again.

I booked a King Size Ocenview Suite Balcony, for my daughter Who had her ceremony on Beach They were ecstatic!! EASY access to beach We had guests/staff who congratulated her from the hallways to lobby and on our way outside down the stairs to beach!!! Couldn't be more Happier that all went well😃😃Windows are so clean you can see the stars twinkling from bed!!! VERY NICE CLEAN swimming pool😃

Only Complaint🤔🤔😬😬1 free meal ticket?? While other has to pay?? I get the 1 free drink from bar for 1. But.....🤔 ( we don't drink) We came with food, so not to much of a deal. And chose to try a Restaurant nearby.

Location couldn’t have been any better. The staff was cheerful and friendly. Everything was nice and clean and the bed was comfy and the water pressure was good in the shower.

There was no designated area for dog walking; they just told us to go to the beach. My dog is a shy pooper and didn’t want to poop on the beach, lol. Some things in the room looked a little worn. They were working on the water lines and the water was turned off for a while during the morning hours when you want to shower and do other things.

Good location close to beach. Not too much noise inside or outside our room. Good sound insulation between rooms even though it was busy. No AC unit rattling. Drinks and food at the pool pavilion. Clean. Cleaning crew has a tough job due to all the sand-proximity to beach, yet they know how to manage it very well.

Minor inconvenience: Somewhat humid room - but no mold. AC cannot entirely remove moisture even on dry mode, all day. No laundry room. No coin dryer. But again, minor in comparison to all the positives.

This was one of our best stays anywhere. The location was perfect step right out and u are on the beach. The food was delicious at the restaurant. The pool / hot tub and bar were amazing. The staff was great we will be making this our new go to... My kids loved being so close to the water... It was perfect

We loved the location. The room was okay. It was very quiet tho. We loved the bar, the dj (great music), and the pool’s atmosphere on the Saturday night, that was fun. 🙂

The building was old. The first thing we saw walking in our room was a big cockroach. The elevator was sketchy.

I understand we now have to pay for the breakfast buffet, but a little more variety would be nice. Also, it would be great to have more parking spaces. If you arrive too late, there may be no more room.
