the kitchen staff for breakfast. whoever was stocking the fridge full of yogurt and juice gave me a dirty look when I was getting 4 yogurts and 4 juice as well as 4 muffins etc. (for my FOUR kids-as they were sleeping). I didn’t want to wake them up and bring them all down to the breakfast area as they’re 9,8,6, and 2 and make a lot of noise and are loud…. When I came back to get my food, she was staring at me and watching me like a hawk and she wrote and put a sign on the fridge that says (limit to 2 per person)… I wouldn’t take more than one to begin with but she made me feel some type of way either way. also there was no tv guide with which channels were which.

I didn't get to stay due to me calling in advance to make sure one was available. After finding out booing a reservation and paying for it, making it there and saying he couldn't find it, showing him my confirmation and welcoming email for that hotel. He stated you need to call whoever you made your reservation through, but you can pay for a room with him because we do have some rooms available . Wow

I really Enjoyed your Breakfast setup!! You had a great amount of choices, and warm items to make a breakfast complete! I’ll be staying with you guys— Definitely, in the future!

The vending machine was out of bottled water, but I guess you have no control of that; since it is owned by a separate company. Thank you.

someone called the police on my special neeeds brother on the first day there because he looked like he was careing a gun. it was his cellphone in a case on his hip. it was very scarey for him!!!!

Close to where I needed to be and very affordable. Breakfast was good and many selections. Was glad that there was late checkout.

The remote to the TV in the room would only turn on and off the TV and volume up and down. Unable to change channel or look at the guide. Also, the shower head water pressure was very strong and felt like needles on my skin. Shower head was adjustable but not to a comfortable level.

I had a very important meeting and was only 5 minutes away. Perfect. The concierge at the front desk was professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend to my colleagues.

The parking lot leave a little to be desired, but I managed to get a spot in front of the hotel.

Front desk attendant charged me for my room again, after I already paid through booking.com so she could add a $2 fee that booking didn't charge. After a few phone calls I was able to get a refund but this additional stress was unnecessary. Some staff needs additional training.

The location was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful when I left an item at the hotel and needed it sent back to me.

The check-in process took longer than it probably should have. The room key didn’t work consistently.

Everyone was so nice, the place was very clean & so convenient to get anywhere needed.

If I had to, I would say The ice machine on our floor wasn't working was the only thing I didn't like but it wasn't hard to find another close to the elevators.

My most favorite part was the bed and pillows. I slept better than I have slept in a long time. I wish I knew where they buy their pillows. I want two of them. One soft and one firm. They are fantastic. I have gerd so need extra pillows. There were 4 on the bed!!!!

Nothing. It was just sad that Covid kept us from being able to have the usual breakfast. We stay occasionally for doctor appointments at UT Southwestern as I am a double lung transplant patient. I always looked forward to the morning breakfast when we were staying more over nighters.
