Clean, great location, the amenities great!

Upon arrival management couldn't find my modified booking and he gave us a hard time and said sorry he didn't have a room for us and would not let us explain that I modified my reservation. I called booking and spoke to LJ May and she was so helpful and determined to get our room. Embassy supervisor was rude to her as well but she got it done and stayed on the phone until our final check in. Thank you LJ May !!! That was our 1st bad experience other then that we always use booking for reservations.

The breakfast & the snack was awesome. The hot breakfast is why I choose embassy suites. The staff was professional & courteous. The front desk persons were very nice and was willing to assist us to meet our needs.

The NEW policy that is in place about housekeeping is awful. You have to be there more than 5 days to get a thorough cleaning. They did not provide sufficient toiletries initially. I had to ask more than once. We had to take out our garbage. The cleaning service did bring fresh linen eventually. However, we had to change our own beds. My first time ever having to do this. Other guest just started to leave their garbage & towels outside their door. It appears there wasn't enough housekeeping personnel. Not the hotel fault. Fortunately, we were compensated.

Our rooms were clean and very spacious. Zach at the front desk was nice as well as the staff at breakfast. They made our stay enjoyable and breakfast was great!

Our A/C didn’t work very well. The room wasn’t hot but it never hot cold either even after setting the room to 60. It wasn’t a big deal since We only stayed one night but maybe something to consider if your stay is longer. Also, $20 to park your own vehicle in a open parking lot does not make sense. I would understand if it was valet but it’s literally just a open lot like any hotel/motel has free of charge.

The staff was incredibly helpful at breakfast the team was Richard team they did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! This the reason I’ll come back serious!

I had gotten a 2 two bedroom suite paid $562 for the room for one night in no one didn’t take they time to come fix the toilet we first used it in it didn’t flush in we did call in told them but no one fixed so we only had one bathroom we can used. But other than that I loved the room.

I liked the breakfast bar and the option for the omelets. I didn't go through that line since it was so long but the other options were delicious.

I had missed the first entrance so I though I would be able to use the second one but the gate was closed. Since it was a one way street we had drive all the way back around to get to the one entrance. One of the reasons we stayed here is because we were told the pool was heated but when we got to the pool the water was cold.

The hotel is located close to Marker Center and within minutes of the reunion tower. I loved the evening reception ( free drinks and light snacks)and the breakfast buffet and soda dispenser in the atrium. All rooms are located inside the hotel and they have security riding around at night.

I didn’t like the sofa bed nor the dripping shower. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel is located near a super busy interstate. Overall, the breakfast and evening reception were the best highlights and I would recommend this hotel.

Did not like the fact that my brother in laws truck and other vehicles were bandalized at night in the parkin lot, luckily they didn't get my truck, we asked to see the cameras to make sure it wasn't someone young guys we kept seeing just walking on the hotel, they said we had to call the police ourselves, and make a police report, then they would let the cops see the security cameras, we didn't have much time since we needed to go back home ( 6hr drive) due to work so we ended up just puting plastic over the windows with lots of tape, vaccumed the million pieces of glass they left all over the inside of the truck and just went back home like that.

as soon as we entered the hotel we could see it was very clean, and the staff was welcoming.

we had call ahead of out arrival to ask about parking and security. we were told they do have a security person who drives through the lot. we saw the security cart/vehicle parked in front of the hotel, there it sat for the 4 days we were there. What bugged me about that is we were told the security person actually patrols the lot, just say no don’t fib. had a hard time closing the door to our room especially when we left for the day.

The odd activity outside. Nothing illegal was witnessed, but seemed suspicious as they (male/female) seemed surprised when I drove towards the back for parking. Security walked out at the same time and watched them briefly, but since they weren't doing anything else suspicious, there was nothing security could do. I moved and parked up front. Security stayed around until I got inside.

We had a good experience at this hotel. The price is fair, the staff were all kind, the room is super large and the beds are comfy. The best part was the hot breakfast. After a year of either no breakfast or pre-packaged breakfast due to Covid, it was so nice to stay at a hotel and have a hot buffet style breakfast in the morning.

The negative part was the clogged drain in the bathtub. So annoying to take a shower and have water level rising to the ankle because it's not draining fast enough. I understand this hotel is old but this kind of problem needs to be fixed. I would also recommend that the hotel have more large towels in rooms with 4 or more people. Have at least 5 large towels if the room will accommodate 5 people. Overall, we were happy with our stay and won't hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.
