Our room door didn't close unless we slammed it multiple times (sorry about that, neighbors). The rubber lining around the door was unglued and dangling. We told the front desk and he said he would have maintenance look at it. We checked out of the hotel the next morning, but I think he probably did have it looked at. He was honest, helpful, and friendly during our stay. We will probably stay there again in the future.

Actually, I didn't stay there. I reserved the room for my brother and his family. When they finally, got here to me they all raved about how great their experience was atBaymont, They had high compliments for the people and how nice they were, My niece loved the pancake maker.

Well, not much but they did tell me that when they got there the pool had just clised, and they were looking forward to cooling off with a little dip in the pool from being on the road from Tucumcari, NM. I know the pool has to be closed for the peace and quiet of a nice restful environment, but that was the only little negative comment they made. They did use it in the morning before they left and continued their journey on out here to East Texas.

Great people. Clean facility and breakfast was a perfect start to every day. We always stay here when we attend nasa events out at Eagle Canyon Raceway. Perfectly located off the highway and close to the historic town square

The only complaint that I ever have is that there isn't enough parking for trailers

The night desk clerk was very nice and courteous when we asked to change rooms because of A faulty tv. He gave us a new room within 10 minutes!

We had the same tv problem when we stayed in Dec. 2022 and were told they were going to remodel. We were told the same thing this stay! Are you going to remodel?

I came in my head and didn’t see anything other than the room but it was up-to-date clean and had what I needed. Bed was very comfortable. I will say the young girl whose name I now cannot remember was absolutely wonderful at getting me checking in. She was very welcoming.

The breakfast was not very good

Absolutely everything was perfect! Room was ready at 3 just as promised. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! Breakfast hostess was very courteous and polite! Front desk staff was very professional. We had no remote in our room and he came right away and brought a new one and programmed it! I will definitely stay at this property again when travelling through the area! Thank you for making us feel special!

Location was good. Had access to stores and gas stations. Also, restaurants.

Did not care for the breakfast. Had a little problem with one of the toilets not filling up so it wouldn't flush right the last night of our stay.

The TV would not change channels. It was on ESPN and I don’t watch sports. I tried everything to change the channel including checking the batteries and it wouldn’t change. I didn’t feel like changing out of my pj’s for maintenance to come look at it, so I just downloaded streaming channels on my phone to watch shows. The last time I stayed here the bed was comfortable, but this time it was hard as a rock and my back hurt when I got up.

Very clean and convenient for our business visit to NRS. The breakfast was good even though we missed decaf coffee and they ran out of English muffins. Very good for the price!

The TV didn't work well. We noticed about an hour after we got in our room. We were offered a different room and moved. That TV was better but we still had the same problems. Direct TV had a hard time connecting. The mattress was a little hard for my hubby and his back is now sore after sleeping on it for a couple of nights. The pool was closed for cleaning. (Which I actually do appreciate!)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and housekeeping came each day ( an added bonus compared to other hotels), location is great.
