Hampton Inn & Suites Decatur

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I ended up with a room on the first floor so it was loud down the hall everyone and then. I did have to wait in my car for a while because it wasn't ready when I arrived for check in. The location was ok but if your not finiliar with the area you will definitely miss it and will have to do a big turn around to come back at it again. Overall though for a night stay it was nice.

The outside view was just dried grass and the Walmart across the street.

The queen suite was extremely large. Breakfast was really good with a good selection and the breakfast attendant was amazing. Even when breakfast was done she told us we could still come in and get something. Coffee is available in the lobby at all times.

Light was not working over sink. They told us that maintenance was gone for the day and would come the next day (after we were checked out).

The location was perfect for the activities we were there for, super friendly staff, quickest check-in process I've ever seen and the room was HUGE and even had a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, etc. The bed was very comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and they had plenty of breakfast options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room was sparkling clean, as were the public areas. The beds were very comfortable, as well. The hotel was in walking distance of a restaurant we like, which was a plus. The breakfast was good, with both hot and cold choices.

There were a couple of trivial problems with the room, but nothing that would cause us to ask for a different room. The main problem we had was I couldn't log into the wifi. The desk clerk "solved" the problem by telling the system I was in a different room. After that, the wifi worked, but my room key didn't! The hotel is on an access road that is only available when traveling south on US 287. We missed the exit the first time, and had to go a ways south to get off the highway, then back north on the highway past the hotel, then back south again to enter! Locals might know a better way to negotiate the roads, but we didn't.

The room was great and comfortable, the breakfast staff was awesome and what you had to offer was great!

Ice Machine in second floor was not working properly, made little or no ice, also there were ants by a trashcan by the Ice machine, looked like it has been there for a some time

The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was a queen sleeper sofa suit and was I was amazed at the amount of space, perfect for us with our toddler, she had plenty of room to play. The breakfast was very nice, there were many choices and the lovely ladies preparing it were so nice.

First and foremost I would like to thank Christy who worked for me I am the staff scheduler with a home health company and out client was staying with me until we booked her a room. Christy was very friendly not only was it her but every person I have spoken to. I commend all the staff per phone and I would recommend Hampton inn & suites to anybody that comes to visit or needs a place to stay as far as a coworker friend one of our clients. The room was nice liked that it had a indoor pool with a jacuzzi. The front desk lady who checked me in was amazing. The breakfast lady was just so nice and attentive with the breakfast items and making sure they were not low

Nice clean facility.

Receptionist was rude, wanted a card on file separate from reservation “in case I trashed the room”. Breakfast was better at other locations. Hoping I don’t get blamed for existing damage to refrigerator stand.

All the staff was friendly offering water multiple times as we came into the hotel from the heat outside.

The air conditioner felt like it was not working properly. The room sometimes felt hotter than the hallway.
