Hilton Garden Inn Denton

Everything, I was having a hard time traveling and was not able to get all my luggage to my room etc. Brian & Barbara were the two reservation cl Er rid who assisted me. They could not have helped me more, I am so grateful for those two, I do not think I could have made it without their help; I am being very truthful. I was in so much pain and I could barely walk with my cane. The room was so great, beautiful furniture with great beds, nice tv, very clean clean, hc accessories were good. I just loved the Hilton Garden Inn and I will definetely stay there if I am ever needing a place to stay in Denton TX again. Lisa

Easy to get to from the main highway. Excellent service from those that work the front desk all the way to those that work at the bar and restaurant. Michelle was fantastic! Everyone you encounter is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I travel from NM to FL many times a year and I ALWAYS stay here as I pass through TX. I’m NEVER disappointed. I highly recommend you stay here.

Very comfy hotel! Awesome beds, amazing sheets that didn't have a heavy bleach smell. Great pillows. The room was comfortable and set up nice. The AC worked great. The pool area was nice and we loved the hot tub.

Needed better sound proofing. You could hear the rooms around and make out exact words in their conversation.

It was a great stay no problem at all really enjoyed it have stayed in other hotels but the Hilton rocked it thank you so much for everything

I did get a handicap room I didn't ask for that but the room seemed a little small but it was still a good stay thank you again

The stay was very comfortable despite the charge issue. The room was clean. The staff was very nice.

I was charged more than the amount stated in the confirmation statement. Bookings has helped me to reach out to the property several time, they said they will fix the amount and refunded me the difference, but they did not. I still haven't gotten my refund after multiple attempts getting it resolved and that really upsets me. In my opinion, breakfast was overcharged and it did not look appetizing nor taste good.

I always enjoy staying at the Hilton it's one of the best and clean hotels to stay at thank you for everything you do.

I think the rooms are a little high at $200 a night but it is still a nice place to stay.

This facility is right off the highway and across the road from a large well known in the Texas area convenience store. The parking lot had plenty of spaces and the lot was well lit.

It’s perfectly located to accommodate my three kids and I no longer trips from their moms house to my own.

There was nothing I can specifically identify as NOT liking. It has a well maintained property, clean, friendly and helpful employees, and perfectly located to hit the buckey’s and get back on the road. Last but not least it’s half of what most hotels of this quality charge.

I felt like the room and the lobby and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I would definitely book here again.

I do think the price should be slightly lower since breakfast is not included in the overall price any longer, or maybe provide something like pre-packaged breakfast items since we at least had coffee in our room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the whole area was clean and organized.The room was very clean and the cleaning staff moved around in a orderly manner.

The mattress was sitting on top of the bed frame and the only problem was one of them was a bit to small or to big which would cause the mattress to move around. It do not cause us to lose any sleep 😴
