I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've had. The hotel was immaculately clean! Hallways, room etc. Everything super clean. No more musty smell in hallways or rooms! Not sure if it got a fresh coat of paint but the establishment looks made up. Love that the parking lot is very well lit. Laundry rooms very clean. Shout out to the house keeper that took care of our needs. Not sure how she spells her name. Marilyn was awesome! I know she wasn't in charge of our room. But didn't complain or try sending me elsewhere for help. She went right in and took care of my concerns and needs! Super fast and super clean and very professional. I tried looking for her before I left to personally thank her. I couldn't find her. Please, please thank her for going above and beyond her duties. I never once saw the person in charge of my room. I asked Marilyn for help twice and she never refused. Just an amazing person! Definitely a very hard worker that actually ENJOYS doing her job and then some!

The only thing I didn't like. Was the bed next to the window. It definitely needs to get replaced. Mattress does feel worn out. Time to get that mattress replaced.

the location

the front desk did not provide any information about breakfast or any of the amenities. Also room was located on the outside and around 6:30 AM the staff was outside moving the outdoor funiture, dragging it which is a major disturbance. Was not informed about breakfast and had to ask for water to drink. 2 complimentary bottles where not in the room. This was my first stay and better interaction would have been great!

Nice property.

Very disappointed only that I thought we got breakfast. I had 3 grandkids with me..we got up at 430am to do breakfast and hit the road. Thuis property DOES NOT have breakfast buffet as advertised ..you pay for breakfast. Booking .Com should make that known. Quite misleading and really passed me off as now I drove around trying to find something open at 5am.

Really beautiful, clean room, extremely comfortable, huge bed! Very friendly staff and lovely sitting areas! Feels very private as you are left in peace everywhere unless you’re seeking help. The jacuzzi spa was very relaxing but the spa aspect (the bubbles) didn’t work

the pool was very small and there only eight sun beds, the room was only stocked for one person despite us booking a king room for two, but the coffee provided was awful so the lack of that wasn’t missed.

Pillows are very thin had 3 only still felt as if I was sleeping on 1. First room was inside of hotel but outside didn’t like that at all!! But still a decent looking room, so no complaints there exchanged room due to dirty laundry being left behind & didn’t feel so secure with the outside stay type. Restaurant inside hotel needs a to upgrade their menu daily it’s the same very few food selection.

Spacious comfortable bed, couch, and desk chair. TV easy to control, even with remote wrapped in plastic. Nice bathroom with shower and a tub and plenty of towels and lotions. Easy parking and plenty of nearby restaurants as well as the one on-site. Texting front desk made for an easy check out. Plenty of pillows.

Change air flow from cooling to heating. Did not expect to wake up temp in the 30s F when it was nearly three times that on arrival.

I enjoy my stay every time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is perfect whether you are traveling by plane or car. Restaurants are available close by, so you don't have to travel far.

During this stay, my room was very close to the pool and there were guests that were super loud. You can hear adults talking very loudly and children running up and down the hallway shouting late in the evening.

Much to like, room was spacious, had fireplace in the bedroom, separate living area with additional TV, tub and shower in the large bath and extra touches of comfort everywhere including robes! The north view from the room, although cluttered in the foreground with airport parking, still fills the picture frame with the mountains in the backdrop.

Very little in the negative column, location could be better, other than that, great place, better people!

despite to front desk attendants, while one was serving a customer the other ignored me and left me waiting for nearly ten minutes. I realize desk clerks have many tasks but, having worked as a desk clerk, customers in front of you come first and the other tasks can be done later. when I complained, she was surely. Not good customer service!

Great airport hotel offering free shuttle to the terminal, it is a minute or two away from departures. The hotel is clean, with a very nice pool area and gym. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Facilities are very nice and clean, but some of it feels a bit dated. The price I paid is a bit expensive for not including breakfast.
