One of the elevators did not work

Everything, the location, the staff were very friendly and professional, my room was very clean and comfortable. Very very nice Hotel. Will be back.

The shower was a little to small (width wise) and the bathroom door being made of glass (even though you couldn't see through it) was just kind of awkward at first.

Room was as described.

I reserved the room for a nearby concert, so we could be closer to the venue and make it a special mother/daughter night. I was sick, so my daughter brought a friend, instead. I thought the room was prepaid on my Discover card, but when my daughter checked out, they made her pay with her card.

The staff was amazing, after being stuck at airport (connection canceled due to weather), they picked us up w/ shuttle that usually was done by then-(driver Nick), front desk Jasmine and night manager?name? were very helpful. I even had my shoe retied the next morning by the maintenance man. After a long ,tiring delay at airport it felt great to be received so nicely.!

Our plane ended up unloading almost an hour late due to overcrowding in the terminal. Therefore, we missed our connecting flight. We had to find a hotel last minute on our own because the airline would not cover the room because it was not their fault but rather air traffic controller‘s fault. It was getting late and we had no vehicle. We looked for hotels that were close to the airport that had a shuttle. We got a couple of the last rooms here and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful and super accommodating. We explained our situation and they were very nice. The security guard even told us that he would personally run up toiletries if we needed extras because he knew our baggage was on the way to Indianapolis without us.They made sure our friends had a pack and play in their room waiting for them because we had a baby with us. We called them several times asking for help with the shuttle and asking if they had toiletries. They never acted irritated or annoyed, rather just super nice and supportive. If I am ever in Dallas for fun, I will absolutely make sure I stay here at this

The location was convenient to grab food, we walked past a pool that appeared very clean and nice, and the staff was absolutely amazing

Great location, friendly staff. Definitely exceeded expectations. Plenty of parking. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely worth he price.

I stayed there with my fiance and two boys for a weekend trip to six flags and hurricane harbor. Its located right next to the 360hwy, and in between six flags and DFW. Has a nice resturant/bar in lobby and located near a lot of great attractions and restaurants. Ill stay again for sure.
