I had a very small mishap in the room. There were 3 shelves hung in the bathroom and I had to reach over them to plug in the blow dryer. I BARELY touched the corner of the bottom shelf and it came completely off. My husband is a handyman and looked and it was a with a screw and a small nail. I have pictures. I talked with manager before I left. I should not be charged ANY damaged fee because the shelf should have been hung way better and sturdier. Other than that, it was a great stay and hotel and staff were great!

Stayed for one night and needed a place near the airport. The Hampton inn staff was extremely friendly, and even provided some water bottles upon checking in. The room was very large and comfortable the was a kitchenette area, a full couch sitting area, a large work desk and a spacious closet/bathroom area. Over all it was a great place to stay with lots of food options right below the hotel. Also breakfast started nice and early, and had a great selection!

This location was excellent! We had a 2 day training at the nearby Marriott and plenty of restaurants all around. Liked the larger room with big desk, couch, and chairs and the little kitchen area. Breakfast was very convenient and a good variety. Loved the free bottles of water, coffee available, and the lemon water in the lobbby.

The pool was closed and no jacuzzi. The fitness center was hot and apparently no air conditioning. The AC was hard to adjust and at night was either cold or hot.

The breakfast was okay, but when we arrived they were out of almost everything and it took a while for the food and coffee to be replenished. Also, we recommend providing butter for the toast/bagel area. Not everyone likes jelly on their bread.

It smelled strongly like Marijuana in the stairwell, and we were with our teenage son. Not cool.

This is the only hotel I stay at when in Euless. Super comfortable bed, fantastic shower, room regulated air conditioning. There’s always something to chose from the breakfast fare… eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, assorted beverages.

Not sure what happened, but my stay ended up costing more than I was quoted from Booking.com. Not much…$12, but more than I was quoted when I booked through them.

staff was very nice & helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a huge selection. beautiful breakfast area as well. beds were sooo comfy i felt at home. the room was clean we enjoyed the convenience of being in the middle of dallas forth worth , short drives to the places we visited also very nice area.

only down side was the sliding door to the bathroom it had what looked like makeup on it, also the bathtub still had hair in it !

All staff were friendly! Breakfast was good. Location was close to ball park, shopping and restaurants. Quiet and comfy rooms.

It was under construction while we were there. Some wear and tear in bathrooms.

It was nice having the breakfast buffet again. I noticed the hand sanitizer in the food area was empty 😳, so I used my own. I loved walking into the hotel Friday evening and be greeted with “ welcome home” by Pamela. This is the only hotel I stay at when I visit my son every few months! Room is always clean and the bed is super comfy.

I was disappointed to see the same type of eggs served each morning. A lot of people do not like veggies mixed in with their eggs. I wish the staff would routinely clean the handles, buttons, doors of the utensils, toaster, refrigerators, etc.

Staff is friendly, room is always very clean and comfortable. I stay the night before my flight for easy drop off by the shuttle.

Hesitant to answer this question. The shuttle driver engaged in conversation regarding sharing his political views which encouraged two other passengers to continue the conversation. While myself and others on the shuttle remained silent it was inappropriate conversation to voice if others do not share the same beliefs.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast assortment, great staff, good location, love the shower head❤️, quiet, in room thermostat
