The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas

The Westin in Irving is exceptional. Everything from the cleanliness, size, property, staff, the room, location and the professionalism was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. The room was above & beyond clean. The bed was so soft and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Thank you everyone at The Westin in Irving for making our stay memorable. We where in town visiting for the Cowboys game. Our travel time from the hotel to the stadium was only 22 minutes. My family had been derailed from our flight home by AmericanAirlines and had to spend the night in Dallas. AA did not give us a great option for a voucher and we made the decision to stay at the Westin. So glad we did. We got in late and had no luggage or toiletries. Lauren at the front desk was amazing and hooked us up with supplies. We had a late dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. Tacos and margarita were top notch. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Can’t say enough about how a bad situation for us was turned into a lovely experience only because of the Westin.

I was at walking distance from the toyota music factory. Feels safe when walking back from venue to hotel so the pool was beautiful outside but unfortunately closes early and rooms are clean comfortably placed and bathroom is really nice also plenty of restaurants to chose from . Also they have a Starbucks

Nothing could be changed

The people were helpful and paid attention to my concerns and acted upon them immediately. The hotel is well located to services, including several restaurants, and is reasonably close to the airport.

I came in very late. It would have been great to have a greater variety of snacks available (since the restaurant was closed for the evening, and I didn't want to go away from the property at that time of the night.)

The hotel is clean and the we really enjoyed our stay

I didn’t like that they didn’t clean our room two of the days we were there. I had to call and ask for towels. We stayed 3 nights and two of the days they didn’t clean our room until the night before we left🙄

The facilities in our room were amazing. The shower was very spacious and elegant in appearance. The bed was huge, clean, and comfortable. The other furniture was also great.

The location of this hotel is not great. There are no convenient stores of any sort in walking distance. Plus, although the Toyota Music Factory is nearby, the food options are rather mediocre in that they are overpriced and lack variety. The whole complex of restaurants and bars next to the hotel has a faux hipster quality to it. The channel selection on the TV was not as good as we have at home. But it would probably be adequate for most travelers.

everything setup for the Anime convention, plus the house keepers are awesome and the staff are amazing. the room I stay are amazing. I’m definitely booking for next year and this time it will be 4 days

The staff was amazing! We had a problem with the air conditioning but that was fixed instantly!

Really nothing. Check in was complicated unfortunately but everything smoothed out!! Will be staying here again next year!!

Breakfast was good and the hotel is conveniently located, near many major routes.

The Booking.com site lists this Westin property as having room service available. In fact, one of my criteria used in searching for a hotel was “room service.” The listing is wrong, as we were answered by the front desk upon check-in that room service was not available. As luck would have it, no restaurants were open at our late arrival time. We went to bed hungry.

The staff and room were amazing

Parking costed $$$ on top of the 300$ we already paid for the room. DO BETTER. Free parking for your guest. if its that big of a deal of the location, have guest show proof of the stay at the hotel. not make guest pay more money.
