you really need to fix the valet. having to wait 56 minutes to get your car pulled up is not acceptable

Beautiful place to stay! I went for a solo trip as a graduation present to myself and felt very safe and welcomed. The room was a little small but clean and cozy, and the touches like digital touch pads for the lights/curtains and shower were really fun to try out. I also really enjoyed the bathroom mirror, which you could use to select music for the overhead speakers or check things like the weather. The staff was super friendly as well!

The only two complaints I had were occasional noise and tech issues. My room was right next to the elevator, but I think whatever room you’re in you could probably still hear the elevators going up and down all night. Not so loud I couldn’t sleep, it took me a while to even figure out that’s what the sound was, but loud enough to be annoying at times. I also wasn’t able to hook my phone up to chrome cast or blue tooth on the TV, even after following the on screen instructions several times. I still got to use Netflix and those things, but would have been nice to cast my own music/videos to the TV.

Loved the uniqueness of the hotel and the coffee in room was wonderful.

Our shower was leaking into the room. The flooring by the shower (room side) was spongy. Clearly an issue you will want to resolve soon. We did let the front desk know about the issue. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable!

The location was better than perfect! The hotel front desk personnel was charming and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, I was provided with more than enough information to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I had a few maintenance issues (the fridge was not cooling) but it was quickly addressed and corrected as needed.

The valet parking service provided by the hotel went through my personal belongings inside my car and stole some cash that was put away inside my glove compartment. Very disappointed to have paid extra to feel safe and ended up being violated of my privacy, as they went through my personal papers and information.

super expensive for ver small and basic room

The Valet service was not good. They did not place my car in a covered area. I had spent over $100 plus on getting my car cleaned and leaving it uncovered birds did a number on my car. It was covered with bird droppings. Not good, not exceptable at all!!!

Centrally located in downtown, right next to the tourist info center, close to nice restaurants. 10 minutes by car to the Stockyards. If you like domotics that's the place for you!

We booked a room for 3 people but had to split at the end as 2 beds were not available anymore. To compensate they reduced the rate so it was kind of fine.

I did not like waiting 35 minutes for the valet to retrieve my vehicle. I did not like there was not a notification that the system used for the valet was not working and it became a first come first serve line that had no organization.

The breakfast was fantastic. You get more than enough on your plate. The staff was very courteous and well respectful and caring. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming in town for a long stay or short.

I have no complaints from this hotel.
