My stay started with excellent valet service and an early check in. I arrived early for a conference and they had a room ready for me. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Upstairs bar was very nice but pricey. Location was perfect!

I was expecting a late check out which they do offer to IHG Rewards Members. I'm glad I double checked the morning I left. I had a meeting til noon and was planning on checking out at 2PM. However, when I went to the check in desk that morning to confirm I would be able to check out late, I was told that late checkouts must be requested in advance and they could not accommodate me. I had to rush back to my room and hurriedly pack all my stuff so I could check out before I left for my meeting which made me late. I hope I didn't leave anything behind in my haste.

Right in the center of downtown, good for strolling around. The rooms and the beds are comfortable.

We booked free breakfast option, but it is not a straight forward process to have it. The breakfast was good, but we had to claim back with the hotel front desk since the restaurant is a different entity. And even after reassurance of being taken cared of, you might still be charged, and it would take further dispute later. It was totally not worth it. I would not do it again.

The front desk team was very kind and helpful! We told them through our booking that this was our first night out as a couple after having kids, and they went above and beyond to make it a special night for us. They gave us a great room location and provided rose pedals within the room which was a wonderful surprise for the both of us. We will be back!

Valet parking was fast Cleaning staff was great, needed a few extra towels and things in suite and immediately handled Breakfast was good at the restaurant. Nice suite

No help offered on on bags, but person did hold door? Front desk had some issues on getting (6) rooms billed correctly. I had to call on following Friday to get a room credited back to card. Was overcharged. Bartenders "Miss V" has some attitude issues, Several guests were also complainin A couple in next door started having a knock down fight (screaming yelling, throwing stuff at walls) at 1:30 am, I ended up calling security before someone got hurt. Wild night.

No coffee in the rooms. Couldn’t checkout on TV. Went downstairs to checkout and then was told I had to go to the 24 floor to do so. Spent way too much time on elevator.

beautiful room, loved the spacious bathroom with the separate tub and shower. The room was laid out very well and the extra touches with the robes, in-room mini bar and comfortable bedding makes it easy to NOT want to leave the room.

themostat in room would not allow cooling under 68 degrees nad it gets rather hot in Texas.

Location, atmosphere

Would have liked fresh bath towels every day, no notice or signage about daily housekeeping.

Being told breakfast was not included when it was. Having to contact booking.com as hotel argued the point. Messaging hotel and not getting a response.

Nice modern hotel, well decorated. Nice downtown views.

Congestion unloading at the valet stand. Too few car parking attendants and bell captains. In fact on Sat. upon my departure, there was only one bell captain for the entire hotel. I waited 40 mins. for assistance with my luggage. The front desk was on the 24th floor which was a bit odd. Especially having to haul your belongings onto the elevator (with so few bell captains), then ride up to check in.

loved the old building. bed was super comfy. loved the refinery bar.

we are old and didn’t see the bar scan given to us with the key. we didn’t know how to get snacks or coffee the next morning until we called the desk. wasn’t really a fan of check in on the 24 floor either. elevators were kind of slow. maybe a small sign in room explaining how to get the coffee.
