Breakfast was very good and the staff made it exceptional. Food quality and taste was better than most buffets we've experineced. We visit hotels about 30 to 40 times a year. Staff service was friendly and efficient.

I already filled out a Valet questionaire but the valet staff fell short on arrival greeting and exiting. Valet was very backed up when we arrived and unapologetic when we finally got there. no smiles, no friendly hellos or sorry for the back up. Exciting was the same no friendly valets came across three standing together and retrieved my keys, tipped in cash and again no thanks for staying with us, nothing. Since we visit many properties and use valet, I found this odd. Female manager was there both times too. no smile, nothing, odd.

Location was excellent. Lobby, hallways, and room were very clean and well-maintained. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. In fact the room was quite comfortable. Easy to control air/heat. Plenty of lighting except for mirror in bathroom. Great supply of hot water. Valet staff prompt, courteous when parking and retrieving car. Lobby beautifully decorated. Staff at check in personable and answered all questions. Definitely felt secure/safe staying here.

Amenities such as conditioner for hair after shampooing and shower cap not in room. At age 75, I would have felt more secure with grab bars in tub/shower. Room was at end of hall which reduced noise but also made it a long, long walk to get ice since only ice machine was by elevator. No cups/plastic glasses iin bathroom. Had to use one of the cups with coffee pot and there were only two cups. Not really a problem since there was just me. Great television reception but no TCM which is a travesty at Christmas when all the great holiday movies are shown.

Breakfast was great, location was great. Hotel very beautiful, spacious rooms. Nice pool and workout facility. Wonderful lobby area.

The website said there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 minutes. We learned the hard way that this was not the case. No fan in the bathroom, so it got really steamy even with the bathroom door open. There was also no way to keep the room fan running to reduce noise from the hall, so it was pretty loud at night with people walking down the hall talking and slamming their room doors. The hot tub was closed for renovations, and our floor ice machine was closed for maintenance.

location and amenities were awesome… loved it will be back

well don’t get confused because an Art Festival is going on or the Valet will jump in front of your car… just let me know I need to go up the other driveway… not cool so we had a quick discussion. Probable didn’t think we were guests. Don’t make assumptions

Everything was absolutely wonderful!!! The room was great. The view from our room was awesome. The food and drinks were delish. The staff were superb. We will stay again. However, next time we will bring our own towels. Hotel towels were literally rough as sand paper.

Food was good...nice wait staff. It was convenient. Valet parking was very prompt. We had a great view from the 11h floor. Staff accommodated our requests for more towels and pillows promptly. Bed was comfy.

I understand there were restrictions because of covid...I was expecting the valet to take our bags to the room but we had to do that ourselves. The furniture...desk area looked chipped and worn...needs to be replaced for a high end hotel. Even from the height we were at , there was quite a bit of street noise...motorcycles gunning engines...loud shouting. Need firmer pillows...adjustable beds would have been nice for people who need to sleep elevated, like my husband.

Still the premiere hotel of downtown Fort Worth. Gorgeous views of the city in clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Beautifully designed lobby is a great place to hang and have a drink. Upscale feel but still laid back. Walk to Sundance Square and a number of fantastic steakhouses - Reata is our favorite - or uber to the museum district or charming Magnolia Street in less than seven minutes.

During fall weekends in which TCU plays home games, price can exceed $300 a night. It's a four star hotel, but you aren't getting value at that price and the bathrooms need an update. Might ask for a club level upgrade if you find yourself in this situation - especially if you are celebrating a special occasion. Staff is excellent and goes out of their way for their guests.

Location is great! We could walk to so many restaurants, bars, retail stores we wanted!

The only downside was how far we had to walk to get to the parking garage, and when we got to the elevators, they weren’t cleaned to the same standards as the rest of the hotel. It’s a small detail, but it did stand out to me.
