Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/Frisco

The breakfast layout was well thought out for the flow of guests with an expansive dining area. The breakfast options were inclusive and well planned, with staff at the ready keeping everything very clean and filled. The entire on-site staff was exceedingly friendly and very attentive to keeping the place so clean. I said "Wow" out loud upon entry into the fitness center.

The pool had not been cleaned and was growing life, unfortunately. There was visible green and brown-colored build-up around the pool and filter area. I did not take photos but we didn't get in because of it. The walls are not insulated and absolutely every smooch and groan can be heard clearly through the walls. :o

Location was perfect. Plenty of restaurant options, easy to access. Hotel was clean, room was large, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ample with a lot of choices. We did not access the pool or fitness center.

Our room faced some sort of club that had pounding music until 2 am. It wasn’t a deal breaker because all I could really hear was the base and the room fan covered up most of the noise. If I was a light sleeper or had kids..I might have cared more.

Modern, stylish, clean hotel with high ceiling, pleasure to be inside it from the first step. Spacious breakfast area, enough space for many people even considering COVID distancing. Room was super clean, everything worked, no sounds from outside, high ceilings and at least it feels a bit bigger than average. Breakfast was up to pre-COVID standards, with hot scrambled eggs, hot sausages, cereals, yogurts, bread and two varieties of bagels, apples, bananas, three types of good coffee, choice of three juices. I traveled a lot during last 18 month and this hotel one of the best if not the best of all

Beautiful clean room and comfortable beds. Lots of parking place for your car too. Breakfast included.

Cleaning is only done once in 4 days. For the price I would expect the room is cleaned everyday.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bed pillows were all soft. It would be good to have a few different types of pillows on the bed to choose from. I would have preferred a firm pillow.

The staff was excellent, especially the front desk gentleman that had red hair and looked like Ed Sheeren. I travel a lot, and he is probably the friendliest and best desk person I’ve ever encountered.

Great location and impeccably clean hotel. I travel often and this may be the cleanest and most comfortable hotel i’ve ever stayed at and i’ve visited all the major chains.

Very clean place and friendly staff an comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was 7-10a and we had to be somewhere at 6:30a so an earlier serving time at 5:30 or 6a would have been appreciated.

We loved everything about this hotel. Bed was comfortable, the water was hot, our stay was quiet and breakfast was amazing.

The property was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a little hard to find, off the beaten path.
