We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the modern aesthetic, the room was very clean and the beds are super comfy. The rainfall showerhead and toiletries were lovely. The pool area is beautiful though we didn't use it on this stay. The staff was pleasant enough. Location is convenient.

The design of the bathroom is not very practical. The sliding barn door, and open air ceiling doesn't allow for much privacy. The size and shape of the bathroom sink is ridiculous. Water splashes out of the sink and all over the mirror even at a slow trickle, but if you accidentally turn the faucet up too high it will overshoot the sink and can make a mess quickly. The exposed plumbing is pretty noisy and we were woken up each time a neighboring room used the bathroom through the night.

Nice, Quiet, clean , ALL OF THE HOUSE CLEANING STAFF , the newly wedded lesbian chef wwere the nicest friendly helpful WELCOMING WAY WAY more THAN the front desk employees. i checked in on Saturday late evening May 7 th the young African American front desk employee was rude , short didn’t make eye contact , on her phone and not a person you want as you walk in to hotel to greet you . I didn’t get the warm welcoming feeling at all. She was more annoyed . Two of the staff members the manager Beautiful African American lady at front desk was great and young African American young man was the nicest helpful welcoming out of the staff at front desk from time I checked in to check out.

Didn’t have water bottles available till the last day and night I stayed. out of a lot of snacks , sodas drinks etc. ice cream was not available either;(

The hotel is very close to shopping and the highway so is very easy to get there and everywhere.

You have to ask to clean the room every day. We weren’t aware of that so when we came at night the room was not clean. I asked for the cleaning for the next day and when we came at night the room wasn’t cleaned again. They did the cleaning very late at night, we were exhausted but at least we slept in a clean room with clean towels.

The location was very well positioned for my visit. It was a great room that offered privacy and quiet when it was time for bed. The staff were always engaging with us when we moved around checking to see if we were doing well and or needed anything extra to make our stay even more pleasant.

We loved the look of the hotel. It was beautiful. The property is very clean and well kept. The staff was polite and accommodating. Great location!

The sinks are silly! I didn’t even know you could buy tiny little sinks like that! lol I don’t get it. Very poor planning by the architect. I’ve noticed that many other reviews mention the tiny sinks. It was laughable. However it wouldn’t keep me from booking again in the future.

We loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff was great. The food in the restaurant was really good and the dessert was bread pudding and it was outstanding. Loved the shower. The temperature and water pressure was great.

I think in the shower they may need to put some designed things in the bottom of the shower so they are not slippery with certain soaps.

The location for breakfast was good. Food was good but nothing special. The room was good, quiet and window covers kept the light out well. The bed was very comfortable.

The sink in the bathroom was too small. If you turned water on high it splashed out of the sink. Also when using the sink to brush teeth there was barely enough room to keep your head over the sink without bumping into the mirror.

The location was really good for the 4day event we were attending. It was close to shops and restaurants as well.

The coffee maker in the room needed cleaning,so I was directed to go to the hotel restaurant for a cup. The price of that cup of coffee was $6.00! It was not even a decent sized cup, just one of the commonly used complimentary hotel cups. I thought this was a little absurd.

Chris at the bar made my friends and I's stay at the NYLO top tier! Great staff all around, we had a great time! The pool is nice as well.

The bathroom in the room. The door is open at the top and bottom, so there's no real privacy. Everything echoes a bit. Love the industrial style though! The beds were smaller than we thought as well.

Overall the look is industrial which what drew me to want to stay here. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the front desk everyone is great! Que was hilarious and great energy. Room was spectacular. We will be staying here again.
