I stayed here last year at the same time for the anime convention and it was not a pleasant stay and I was hesitant about staying here again this year but my daughter wanted this hotel because it was connected to the convention center. Well I will say my opinion has changed, this year we stayed a week instead of 4 days and it was amazing any issues I had a year ago did not exist this year I will be back at this hotel every year without a doubt. It was just an amazing service this year, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you, Hilton. If i could give you 10 stars, I would.

Very comfortable beds, super quiet rooms. We asked for no feather pillows and they upgraded us to an amazing room with hypoallergenic everything and an air filter. The staff was all very helpful and kind and friendly. Beautiful hotel and the pool/rooftop area was beautiful and relaxing for us parents while the kids got to swim. Great location next to Toyota Center (we were here for a basketball game). There’s also a park a short walk away that was perfect for getting some energy out.

Overall everything was incredible. Probably the only thing we didn’t like was that the toilet was the loudest toilet ever so you woke anybody in your room up if you had to flush. Be advised.

From covered parking, to dining options, to Starbucks, spa and I can go on… they have everything! with the great downtown location and room availability it was very comfortable to our one night family reunion stay. we used the self parking that was very convenient, they have a covered overpass from parking garage to lobby. I didn’t get to use many of their services (because of my short stay)- so I can’t comment on these.

I thought it was a little over priced, but I’m not sure if I’m correct (paid ~550$ for 1 adult and 1 teen on a two queen beds room on a Saturday last minute reservation).

We were in town for a concert at the Toyota Center. The Hilton Hotel is right across the street from this venue, so we only had a short walk. Between the murals and the Root Family Memorial Park nearby, there are plenty of opportunities for photography and just taking in the views. The staff was beyond accommodating and genuinely pleasant to talk to. We will definitely be back.

We had no complaints! We had rainy weather while in town, but the Skywalk to the parking garage kept us dry.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this hotel. Usually convention center hotels are really tired* from constant use. The room was quiet and stylish and comfortable. Even general areas were very clean and nicely furnished. The hotel seems very upscale for the price point. Comparable to much more expensive options. The staff was attentive. WiFi connection was good so we could get some work done between events.

The parking situation could have been explained better- especially with convention and construction traffic surrounding the location.

Clean and Comfortable Room, Great Breakfast, Excellent Location, and Friendly Staff. I love staying here for concerts at Toyota Center. It's so nice to just walk over and not have to worry about anything. Everytime I've stayed here for a concert, I've also been able to peek out my window to check on the merch line situation before the show. Toyota has merch lines set up outside the show, and this place makes it convenient to walk over and by my t-shirt, bring it back to my room, and then go to the show without having to carry anything around.

I wish they had options for "post concert" grab and go food when you come back. I love a little snack after a concert, but Room Service isn't always open late on show nights, and the restaurants are all closed, bar was open but I'm not a drinker, it'd just be nice to grab a slice or two of pizza or a taco or two to take back up to my room.

1. Good location. Easy to walk to Minute Maid stadium. 2. Clean. 3. Late check out was very convenient. 4. The Tex-Mex Restaurant on the ground floor is excellent.

1. Having to call room service immediately to be supplied with towels. Evidently, that’s the standard practice at this hotel. 2. It is worth remembering that the hotel is large and hosts various conferences and groups - including student groups. Our floor (15) was more like a college dorm than a hotel on the night we stayed. The students were not naughty but acting their age. Noisy in the hallways and we could hear them and their music (from our room) after midnight. That impacted on the quality of our stay. 3. Check in was very slow and the customer service representative may have been having a bad day. He wasn’t friendly. To be fair he may have been stressed because of the lack of staff relative to the long line of customers wanting to check in.

This hotel is amazing.The ambiance was amazing. Down town in walking distance to everything. Our room overlooked the Tropicana Stadium. Skyline Spa and its services are amazing. The Sauna and steam room was so relaxing following spa service. The large indoor pool and lounge is super nice. Starbucks on premise was great. Oh and let’s talk about Pappasito's Cantina for sure great food and service . I love it. Christmas decorations was beautiful. I had to revisit

I stayed 10 nights, instead of 5. The Room Service and food was excellent. The Room was clean and kept that way. I needed nothing, they kept me well. Can't wait for a real staycation!

Nothing. I was in a Wheelchair, so they came to bring me down and take back up to my room every time I needed them, too. I liked everything, and yes, all the FOOD was delicious 😋

I liked that it was the same location as the event I was attending. The bar area was very nice for an after dinner drink. The rooms were updated and very clean. It was located near good restaurants that you could walk to.

I wish there was more seating in the bar area. It seemed like everyone from the event I attended was there and it was hard to get a seat. The placement of the mirror over the desk is a terrible decision. You cannot use it to get ready with because you have to lean over the desk to see to put on makeup. I don't know why someone would design it that way. When two or more women are sharing a room there needs to be other mirrors to use besides the one in the bathroom.
