Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Huntsville, an IHG Hotel

The staff were amazing! I voiced a couple of frustrations to Chris about an amenity that was listed here, but no longer offered at this location and he did not hesitate to accommodate us with another solution that more than made up for it. Amanda made sure our room was immaculate and furnished with all the necessities, and last but certainly not least...Katt whom I am convinced is an absolute saint, went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and then some...such a genuine and lovely soul! The beds were comfy and our room had plenty of room and seating as well. We were also pleased to wake up to a hot breakfast in the morning in the dining area.

That we couldn't stay longer.

We had a great clean room, staff was very polite and friendly and the breakfast was good.

My only complaint is the pool was freezing l, felt like a truck of ice was dumped in it. It's an indoor pool so I would've expected to be warmer. So needless to say I didn't swim and was really looking forward to itm

I enjoyed the breakfast, wish they would add a waffle machine.

I had to stay longer due to family illness. 5 days total so far. But, they said due to CDC protocol their not allowed to service rooms but every 5 days. I had to go to front desk to replenish towels. In my personal opinion, CDC has nothing to due with a businesses customer service.

1. Excellent hot breakfast for all members in the room. 2. Free parking place. (No surprise with additional fee for the parking). 3. Very understanding staff. (See issue below...)

1. Bathroom shower pipe need a replacement or fix. Cleaning team or prior guests should be reported this issue. 2. Action was corrected immediately after my call to the reception. Change to a new room at the same floor.

Considering my family situation they were very willing to work with us. And for that I am very grateful. I want to give a shout out to Sammy crocker thank you so much.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like. They didn't have water at first. But they where upfront and got it working as fast as they could. Its not their fault at all there was no water.

Served bacon for breakfast.

A side door we came in wasn't closing properly and needed to lock. That's a big security issue. TV in room constantly and frequently dropping the signal.

privacy, very clean the stuff very respectful, the property maintained and clean. the breakfast was amazing. my kids and I honestly love this place . I will most likely recommend it to other family and friend.

The breakfast was not as advertised in hotel's pictures and pool area did not have hot tub, but breakfast was ok and pool was nice.

Location is good especially off the highway and main roads in Huntsville. Near fast food restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was very friendly and room looked great!

Everything was perfect. The bed was more firmer than what i prefer but that is just my personal preference.

The breakfast was not that great but the staff friendliness made up for it (ran out of bowls for central and oatmeal).
