La Quinta by Wyndham Dallas - Las Colinas

The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. There is ample parking and a relatively good breakfast. There was also a swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with fridge/microwave, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. All these amenities are very useful and highly appreciated! The location is very quiet and the bed was big and very comfortable. The shower was also good, plenty of water pressure and good quality of amenities.

I found the hotel quite pricey. The swimming pool and the breakfast were taken over by the many children of the rest of the guests. It was too crowded to use the pool and the next morning during breakfast it was the same for the waffle maker. This is not a problem of the hotel per se, but good to know in case someone wants to make more use of these services. Our room was located on the one side of the hotel while the only lift was located on the very other side. We many times opted for the stairs, there's only one floor in the hotel. Useful to know for people with reduced mobility. However the lift was quick and always available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many stores around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good!! I would definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Only thing that I didn’t really like would be the fact that the hallways are very long and there’s only one elevator on one end. So if you’re room is at one end of the hallway, you’re going to have to walk to the other side to use the elevator.

Checked out at 5:30am and desk clerk was asleep and cash money on the registration desk. No coffee or water

The room was very spacious and the hotel was located in a central area close to freeways but not right off so less traffic and a safe environment. Close to grocery stores and eating areas. Hot Breakfast!

Only one elevator. You have to pay for the washer/dryer. Hot Breakfast was available but you had to ask for it, not set out like normal, so essentially you had to wait for someone to give it to you.

the room was really nice. we had two queens and a pull out sofa. the staff went above and beyond for us. the breakfast was good as well. they had a great selection for kids and adults.

the only thing that upset us was they forgot to put the chemicals in the pool so they had to keep it closed until the pool guy came.

the guy working at the front desk was nice, the shuttle was useful in the morning, the bed was comfortable

wasn’t very clean, there was a used tissue next to the bed, the ac unit didn’t look clean, and the shower wasn’t very clean either. also, we weren’t notified that the shuttle only goes from 7-3pm, so we were waiting at the airport for 40 minutes for the shuttle only to call and they said they have limited hours, and we had to pay for a $50 Uber back to the hotel… (our flight landed at 6 pm… not a late flight at all)

Hotel is nice and quiet and our room was very clean and comfortable. We went to Six Flags and this was close to many other locations for shopping and restaurants. Only 20 minutes away from theme park. We will stay again.

Bathroom tub seemed a little old but it was good enough to shower after a long day

The free hotel shuttle and spacious and clean. The driver was phenomenal. He came in early the next day to take us to the airport, when it was outside their normal operating hours. He then helped us with all of our bags and really made both our arrival and departure a seamless stress-free experience. The check-in and check-out staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Our room was HUGE. And slept 2 adults and 6 small children very comfortably. We did bring our own pack n play, but the property was up front about not having these items, before I booked. The room was clean and the AC was running, so the room was perfect temperature when we arrived. The hotel was QUIET so everyone was well rested when we woke the next morning. Hotel staff called upon my flight landing, to communicate where the driver was and where we needed to be for pickup. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The beds were very comfortable.

That staff was never at the front desk when you walked in. You had to wait for someone to come out of the office room. The hot tub was not working, was not hot at all. Our room had 2 large stains in the carpet.

I really liked how helpful the staff was. my flight was canceled and they were able to accommodate so quickly and extend our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The laundry facilities and fitness room were huge pluses!

There wasn’t much of a scenery at that location but it was close to stores, restaurants and the airport so that made up for the scenery.
