Everything was clean. All employees were extremely friendly from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. And I LOVED the lake view from my room! I advise any and everyone to pay extra to get it. It’s definitely worth it and I will be staying here again! One of my new go to spots.

I didn’t like that they put us on a floor were the cleaning ladies were literally cleaning almost every room on the floor so there was carts and dirty towels everywhere. We could barely get in our room. And one of the elevators were broken so many people were packing into one elevator. All in all

Loved this hotel, originally the room we had, had an adjoining door and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. The front desk moved us to another room and it was much better. Staff was very friendly!!

Housekeeping loudly knocked on our room door at 9am asking when we were checking out when checkout is already set at 11am. If we had late or early checkout wouldn't the front desk coordinate with housekeeping about that instead of having them knock on every door on the floor asking

-there were two huge events going on simultaneously, it was chaos and noisy - as a result the restaurant was closed for dinner - and the bar only served wine, beer and stopped making cocktails saying the new staff would take too long to make a regular cocktail (it truly wasn’t that busy at the bar, event guests were mostly drinking upstairs) - staff was indifferent

The view from the room was very pretty. The location of the hotel was very nice, we walked to the restaurant and movies. Parking was very easy and accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were expecting to have breakfast in the morning but it was only available during the weekdays and so was the restaurant downstairs. So we weren't able to try either which was a shame.

I love the proximity to the Toyota Musc Factory Pavillion. So close! Nice hotel with clean and comfy rooms. Great views and top-notch parking.

I paid over thirty dollars (with tip included) for breakfast, which is far too high. I can see maybe $10, but $25 (before tipping) is too much, IMHO. I mean, this isn't The Westin or the Waldorf Astoria, lol.

Restuarant service was strange. I was eating my breakfast and for some reason someone came and ask if I want coffee however did not come back. This was in Texas. I am so used in California that as you walk in the breakfast lobby you help yourself or someone follows through like coffee and all

The service was superb!! exactly what you expect from a Marriott stay. The location was great! so close to food and shopping and we were able to stay on the side lake facing side. It was awesome to have an option to have a patio view to wake up to and go to bed to.

Room could be updated. it seems to be stuck in the past. The carpet in the room makes it smell like and old building.

I was negatively surprised when getting breakfast. the items were luke warm, and the selection of items (for the price) was very limited.

Location was great for restaurants and concert venue. Had a king room with balcony and lake view. It was great. The bed was super comfy and the room really clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again when attending concerts at Toyota music factory.

There was no microwave in the room. The drinks in the bar are too expensive.

I request a lake side view and i got a view of the air conditioner units. Not enough towels in room. Connecting room and neighbors were so loud until 2 am Wish i had taken pics of my unsightly view.
