It was very clean, well maintained, breakfast was good with lots of options, and the room itself was big with nice amenities. Housekeeping did a nice job and the breakfast attendant was kind.

I had an issue upon checkout with extra fees and charges, which was frustrating. However, the staff did remove them and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I didn’t love the overall location as the highway that separates the hotel from the university makes it a little less walkable. The bed was uncomfortable.

Didn't eat breakfast. The location is great which is only a 10 min drive to Tech.

We've stayed there a few times. The only thing that needs to work is the cleaning of the bathroom. Toilets and the floors are the first thing I look at. The beds to see if there's hair in the sheets, dust in the room and cleanliness of the kitchen area.

I liked everything. It was a great place to stay with family and have all the necessary things. And great location.

I got charged twice. I paid 168.37 with Booking.com. And then I got charged by the Hotel 172.84. That’s a total of $341.21 dollars I spent of my family money in this economy. Not everyone has money to be giving away.

Large rooms, wonderful staff, location, Breakfast

Not enough luggage carts available, Pillows not so comfortable. Elevator kept going up and down picking up people even though we were on floor 3 and wanted to go down, it went up to each floor and back down. It was also jerking which startled us

Good location close to Texas Tech, airport and several fast food options. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with hot & cold options.

The room was spacious but could use a deep clean. We had some problems at check in with the assigned room being unavailable so had to wait until another was ready. Minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant stay

My daughter and I stayed here for the JoJo Siwa concert and we couldn’t have been happier. The girl that checked us in & out was the sweetest, she made sure to ask my daughter about the concert as we were checking out (I didn’t get her name, but she had long dark hair). The entire hotel was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Our room was much bigger than expected. I honestly just have 0 complaints.

Booking, I felt like I was talking to an agent and not the hotel. My cost was higher than any other I saw. Even the hotel adds were lower. The extra 25.00 was ok because we enjoyed the room, and service.

The staff here was exceptional everyone was so friendly so nice went out of your way to be helpful and I will definitely stay here again and I write this at 10

our room was not up to standards for marriot. In our shower there was pink slime mold on trim with a broken off area that exposed 3 quarter size holes. A part of the bathroom vanity fell off and landed in my foot.

The double queen with complete kitchen was very nice, spacious. We weren't staying long enough to really take advantage of the full room, but it was roomier than we're used bumping into.

Not much, maybe a touch of paint here and there could use a touch-up, but nothing anyone would notice really.
