The lady we spoke with at the front desk was extremely nice. It was a clean hotel and beds were not half bad.we were only there to sleep as we spent all day at the hospital with our loved one. We booked on booking which was super easy. We were informed that if you have someone at the hospital and are staying for that reason to call them directly as they will give an additional discount. We also stayed the night prior as when we finally got out of the hospital it was midnight. The person at the front desk didnt offer the discount or anything. When we realized he wasn't going to be discharged we booked the room for the second night using booking. At check in is when the super nice lady at the front gave us more information.

The breakfast was not good at all coffee wasn't to bad but I wish they had bigger cups. This normally wouldn't have been a problem but having to go straight to the hospital it sucked a little to not get a good breakfast before we went straight there for the day. Luckily hospital had a large cafeteria.

The room was quiet, although at times the traffic from Marsha Sharp was a bit noisy. That staff that I talked to were friendly. I had to ask for towels and they were brought to me quickly.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom behind the bathroom door. I don't like people coming into my room so I usually put out the Do Not Disturb sign, but it was a little inconvenient to have to ask for towels at the front desk.

Check in was fast and easy, front desk staff checking us in was friendly. Room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was clean, plenty of seating and the food was very good as was the selection of food.

Wish there was a working ice machine on each floor and not just on first floor.

The room was roomy. The sofa was comfortable, as was the bed. The room and the property was clean.

This stay was better than the last for door slamming. The closers on the door make the doors slam, so every time some one goes in or out of the room, it is BAM. The hotel wasn't as busy, so that wasn't happening as much.

it was close to my medical appointment and the room was excellent and nice with 2 Tvs and the coffee maker in the room was nice and parking was nice . i didn’t have breakfast but my father said you have a good 1

I didn’t have a problem with anything

I have been staying at this hotel since 2015. I've had several surgeries and covenant is right around the corner. The rooms have always been clean and the remodeling of it is fantastic. The beds are always so comfortable and it's so quiet that i get a well rested night.

Reasonable price, comfort, friendly staff

Not much to choose for breakfast and there was only one person running around trying so hard to keep food and coffee for customers. It wasn’t her fault, but believe it was because they were short staffed

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Great location just around the corner from Texas Tech. Great price.

The breakfast. The only hot food was waffles. Only other options were cereal, muffins, bagels and toast. When they said hot continental breakfast we were expecting more.

The location was convenient. It was clean.

Breakfast was a cold grab and go affair. No price cut for quality cut in breakfast. Lobby was extremely dark and poorly lit., although there were plenty of unused/underutilized fixtures. It seems like the hotel is trying to save money on electricity bill. Altho masking was not legally required there was a lot of pressure from desk staff to wear one and the hotel requested wear one even for fully vaccinated people such as ourselves.

Friendly staff

Lock on most doors don't work at first time, didn't like room cleaning at 3rd day policy, we need daily cleaning. Other's okay, can't complain.
