Friendly staff, very nice property, comfortable beds, loved the big bath towels and we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and the rooms were nice. The meals were delicious and filling. We really liked the complimentary water since we are part camels. Great view of the Texas Tech football stadium, indoor practice field and outdoor practice field.

Emptying the garbage cans near the elevator twice a day would be a more fitting. Also, our breakfast tray was not picked up from the hallway until over sixteen hours. Those would be our only criticism. Other than those, great hotel.

Staff, location and facilities were all great. Easy and quick check-in & check-out. Nice large room! (We were in a room with two queen beds) Lots of work space / desk space

AC in out room was pretty loud - The AC fan noise was like full throttle when it comes on. Kept waking us up. So we did not sleep well. The bed mattresses seem pretty worn. They tend to roll us to the middle of the bed. When sleeping two people on the bed, we had to cling to the outside edges.

the two ladies at the bar. they made our trip. we went to the bar after the concert and it was packed with a big party they had going on, but them 2 girls making the drinks let me tell you they rock. great customer service with a smile and oh so fast with everything. Great customer service and they can sale as well. They talk about good teguila and we ended up taking shots. These girl's work hard and i know the young kids from the party that had was not very friendly to any of these women. these young kids did not have any manners and was rude to the ladies, the ladies had a smile and kept on a working. They need a raise a bonus or something for putting up with the stuff from saturday night

didn't care for the breakfast at all. cost to much for what you get. had to wait for the cup for the pancake batter so by time they finally found that my eggs and meat were cold. breakfast should be cheap but this wasn't and never got a refill of coffee and they were not that busy maybe 5 tables if that.

I was disappointed with the size of the room. The listing said over 400sq ft, and it wasn’t even close to 300. They “executive” King room was plain Jane and outdated. water pressure was no good, our room would not get warm. i expected to be wow’ed, but for the price I’ve stayed at much better.

I’ve been staying there for 8 years when the prices are not escalated to $500 a night. It’s disappointing that in the 8 years no renovations have been made.. the counters in the rooms are scuffed up and all need to be replaced.

convenient for university athletic events

cleaning service was supposed to be daily, but they came in and took dirty towels and never replaced them. Didn’t make the bed or take the trash - just kept depleting our linens. The situation didn’t improve when I asked. so strange.

The food was excellent and the amenities were nice such as the room had glasses to drink out if instead of plastic cups, etc. Very spacious room and very clean. All assistance requested from the front desk was very prompt and courteous.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, we met other family for breakfast out but the coffee was excellent! Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was good, especially courteous and friendly with my elderly parents. Thank you!

I can't think of a thing that I didn't like about the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was to die for. You can't get better breakfast anywhere else. The waitstaff is very professional, also housekeeping is very professional and nice. The front desk is great especially since I showed up very late and exhausted from a long day and drive and they took care of me and my family efficiently. Last but not least we were hungry so we called room service and I must say from whoever prepared out meal to the young man who brought our food was excellent. I can't thank you enough for the great experience.

Restaurant is open until 1am. Front desk staff is professional and nice.

We were taking our luggage to load into the car and one of the staff members insisted I let him load our luggage in the trunk. I didn't have cash on me to tip him and he was very irritated.
