Hotel is clean! Comfortable beds and pillows, sheets are good quality. Gym is a great size and love the pool

I wish you would be more environmentally friendly and use paper cups, plates and biodegradable cutlery instead of plastic. Recycling bins would also be great. There was no sign in bathroom about reusing towels instead of using new towels every day. Y'all have a really good hotel that just needs a couple of tweeks

I never give a 10, but All the accommodations were amazing and very impressed by staff taking care of us and our Moms At front desk. I think her name was April or Amber

The rooms were really nice but I think someone smoked outside of our room before or maybe too close to smoke area but otherwise amazing.

The hotel is very modern, and the person at reception was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast had all the usuals, and the biscuits and gravy were especially good. I also loved the pancake machine, with a Perspex side window to see the pancakes in production!

The carpet in the corridors was predominantly dark in colour, and looked like it had not seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time. It was a real pity, because the room itself was super clean, and the hotel is so modern.

All was good , loved the shower and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but the sausage patties could use some work no flavor and cold would rather have bacon next time . Very professional and friendly staff .

Breakfast sausage patties everything else was good . You could hear feet stomping above our room but it stopped after a while . We drove 8 hours to get there for sons graduation and we were tired.

Nice view, room was large plenty of seating and storage. Microwave and refrigerator was a plus. Shower, large mirros and Dove products also a plus!

The bathroom floor was not throughly cleaned. Large opening at bottom of room main door, placed bath towel under for privacy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was updated and clean.

Door was not framed correctly so there was a large gap on the bottom and sides allowing light and sound to enter the room easily.

My usual hotel was booked, so I went with this one. Was very pleasantly surprised. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was decent. My one complaint was that my in room coffee machine was on a shelf higher than my head which made adding water to the back difficult as I had to climb a chair to reach and pull it down, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean, location was great and mattress comfortable

Box springs were creaky and could use replacing as could the carpet around beds (frayed/worn and showed carpet tack strip)

I have stayed here before, This is a really nice hotel with very nice bathroom lighting, charging ports, blinds that keeps the room dark on sunny days, modern safe and a nice large suitcase rack to keep things off the floor. Will definitely stay again.

The water pressure in the tap was low. I'll have to walk with my own night light for the bathroom so I don't have to turn those bright lights on after waking up in the middle of the night. The WiFi didn't work well this time. The elevator button didn't work well you have to press a couple of times to get it going.

This hotel is really nice. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, with glass enclosures and good lighting. The room has everything, including a modern safe, microwave, refrigerator and even an ethernet port to plug in your computer for higher internet speed. The most amazing thing to me was the window blind that made the room completely dark during the day because of the innovative design. Did I mention the charging station for your phones. Will definitely stay again!!

The shower and faucet pressure was a little too low.
