Super great value! Staff was wonderful. Our room was one of the best we've stayed in, very roomy and well appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable! NOT the typical hard bed. Sheets and towels were all really soft and nice! The breakfast was good, as well.

If I HAD to nit-pick, I'd say they could use a better variety of complimentary beverages for breakfast, as I don't drink coffee, and I'm diabetic, so not a lot of juice, either.

Room arrangement (closet shelves frig bed, etc) was great. There is plenty of room and lots of electronic connections. Breakfast was pretty standard fair but tasted very good, and the area was always clean. Shout out to Tamy at the front desk. Very friendly.

The bed was comfortable - the TV had a good selection of channels - the shower hot - all linens were very clean - the room appeared clean - the couch was nice as was the refrigerator in the room - close to eating establishments as well as I-27

Shower head is horrible - bathroom was tiny - no dirty closes bag - TV doesn't swivel even with seating off to one side - the weight room weight trainer was broken with no signs of repairs being made - morning staff seemed to be fighting with each other but they weren't speaking English so i couldn't understand why they were shouting at each other

The hotel was excellent. The advertising materials did not present how excellent the hotel is and they need to be improved.

Advertising materials need improvement. There are excellent, safe parking spaces - our overview sheet said that there was some parking available in the neighborhood. All this not correct. The breakfast was good and our overview sheet said that they were only able to serve muffins and juices. Not true - breakfast was well stocked and varied in offerings.

Loved this property. Very clean and the location was perfect. I have never stayed at a Microtel and was incredibly happy I did. Rooms were so clean and large. Staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was an added bonus. Nice variety to pick from. I definitely will come back to this hotel.

We stayed to have a nice romántico evening for my Birthday, my husband rented with the hot tub. We had a very relaxing evening. We have stayed at a Microtel Inn in the past and we're not satisfied, this time around we were most definitely happy...

Easy check-in and out with a very friendly staff. Everything in the room worked well, bed was comfy, and shower was hot. While the pool and hot tub were small, they were clean and warm. Ample parking with good safety lighting and easy highway access.

First of all, the rooms are very small, but that is advertised upfront in their description. It's fine for one night. Also, there was pee on the toilet and a few hairs in the tub. I tried not to judge them too harshly as everything else was very clean, so it could've just been an anomaly. I appreciate the attempt to offer a hot breakfast, but the biscuits were hard and eggs watery. Waffles were good, though.

Breakfast was basic. Could have had half and half for coffee.

Needed some maintainence. Door in room 405 would not close/latch if we left the room. We were advised to slam it and this did not work. Could not leave room unattended. Ice machine on 4th did not work.

Quiet with great breakfast ... everything looked spiffy and new. Room was spotless. Air & heat worked fine. Owner/manager Ricky Patel informed us that full hot breakfast was just reinstated. Great firm king bed. plenty of lighting, outlets & workspace. Kudo's to Rebecca who cheerfully handled every aspect of the desk AND cooking AND serving breakfast on a busy Friday morning! Just an outstanding value, safe, clean. No wonder people keep coming back to this little gem in Lubbock.

Getting to the hotel from the highway is a nightmare, so pay attention to signs .. no fan in the bath.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and stocked throughout the 3 hours (I had a migraine and came down multiple times for coffee and meds) Very clean and accommodating.

We were able to hear the people next to us all night. Not sure if they were just being extra loud or if the walls were that thin. However, the hotel is right next to the highway but the noise from the traffic was not heard at all.
