Everything was great, breakfast was really good and the time was great since I had my kids with me and they don't like to eat too early, breakfast until 10 was great we were usually there around 9. Since we stay a couple of days room service stop at our room to ask if we need more towels or if we need for them to get our trash out. Pool was clean my kids enjoyed every day in the afternoon.

The first time we pass the hotel because all the business in front of the hotel make it confusing to figure out where you need to go to get to the parking lot.

The breakfast staff did not keep up with demand. We had to wait for everything to be replenished. No juice/milk, no eggs, no biscuits for the gravy offered. When I requested items, staff was bothered. Many other guests were waiting also and the sad part was the dining room was nowhere near capacity. Another negative was the price!!! We were there on Labor Day weekend for a wedding. When I adjusted dates I realized the charge was 2x more for the holiday weekend. We only stayed 1 night but had there not been such an incredible markup we probably would have stayed a second night.

The amenities were great, beautiful room and the staff was friendly.

When we checked in, there was food in the mini fridge from the previous guests. When I went to take a shower, there were long black hairs in the shower. I know this all falls on their housekeeping, so other than that, it was perfect . Great breakfast by the way.

Hampton Inn's always have comfortable mattresses & pillows, & a great breakfast. We enjoyed a huge room suite with a King bed, either because all the rooms/queen beds were in demand, so King suites were substituted, or else because it was our 37th Wedding Anniversary. The town is very interesting & fun, with German American restaurants, bakery, & influences.

Be sure to ask the hotel for instructions to get into the hotel/parking lot, before you arrive. We stayed 2 nights, & by the 2nd day we figured it out ourselves.

Such a great Hotel ,super clean ,great smell ,love the restroom they provide everything and they have good smelling shampoo & conditioner &so peaceful the beds are soo comfortable I slept like a baby definitely worth the pay I would be coming back best stay I've ever had great location as well ! Everything was so close by

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for visiting downtown New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Gruene and both the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers, all of which we were there to do. The breakfast was decent, though a bigger selection of warm food options would have been nice, however, there was a very clean, fully stocked section of cereals, juices, waffles, muffins and biscuits. We will definitely stay again.

Great location.

Breakfast had little options. Left much to be desired. Room was small. Check-in staff member was cold - I had to ask for the wi-fi, check-out time, room number, breakfast hours, etc. That information is always given to me upon check-in at other hotels. I was simply given my key cards and told "have a great stay".

The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and they provided us a rollaway bed also. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The breakfast provided had something all of my kids enjoyed, especially the waffles!

Always stay at this hotel when visit New Braunfels. Very clean, quiet, and good hot breakfast. Close to lots of good restaurants and shopping.

Sometimes can be a challenge to get into property because of traffic on highway 46, but nothing can be done about that.

Access to the property as it was located behind another building, had to drive through that property to reach the hotel, dangerous for exit under potential emergency conditions. Major traffic hinders access as well.
