The staff were very nice and receptive to our requests for support The laundry facility was nice, however, one of the two washers was out of order the two weeks we stayed. Was not a problem as the one other machine worked great. The room required some cleaning to make it better. There was a water leak that had the hallway floor wet for the two weeks we stayed .

Quite noisy with people banging their doors rather than pulling them shut gently. If you can fix that you are a genius.

The room was very big clean and comfortable really enjoyed it

The TV was too small for the size of the room, very hard to see inthe corner. Outlets next to the bed should be closer for charging computers and phones not under the night stand witch makes it hard to get too. Plus yall have no place for pets to potty or play but very thankful they can stay for free! But the number of pets is not good small dogs shouldn't be a limit to how many if they weight is under 5lb each

I like that it was close to most river enterances it was 8 minutes to 5 minutes from any river great for swimming we mostly stayed the night to sleep the rest of the day we were out on the water really close to Schlitterbahn too.

It was an older hotel it does need some renovations. The door in the bathroom had a lot of water damage and the tub is a weird corner shape.The pool was closed which was a bummer for the kiddos. We didn't experience bed bugs but I did see two tiny roaches the two nights we were there but over all not to bad for a last minute booking booked two day before we got there.

The room was bigger than expected. Glad it had a mini fridge and microwave.

The front staff lady kind of gave me an issue about not having a kennel for my dogs to stay in when I'm not in the room. I did mention to them I wouldn't need any house keeping for the 2 nights I was staying since I don't carry a kennel and my dogs are very well trained indoor dogs.

The check in process was quick and simple and no deposit was required. I liked the openess of the room. I liked the friendliness of the guy who checked me in.

I didn't like that they didn't offer breakfast or have coffee pots in the room. I didn't like that there was only 1 wash rag and 1 hand towel because we had 2 people.

The lady who checked me in was not very friendly or personable, compared to the day before. The guy the day before was very friendly and personable and had a great attitude.

The room was bigger than expected. Pretty clean. Very quiet, close to gas stations and food. But the hotel itself was tucked away and I like that so there was not a lot of traffic.

Hot tub had a leak, so the whole pool areas was closed..

They ended up finding a leak that was led from my room upstairs hoping theyve fixed it. Since i loved the location and the room. I was hoping pool would be open but it wasnt

Rooms were cool. And the young man that checked us in was very nice

When you first walk in it smells so clean. But on 2nd floor the carpet was dirty and the hall had a bad smell. The pool looked so inviting but it was closed said the room was too hot to have anyone in it. Then when we came back home I received a notice from my bank and I was charged for 2 rooms . I called the hotel and the man just argued with me and didn't try and help me. Luckily my daughter rented rooms and I was charged for hers so she gave me my money back. Other than that the over night stay was ok. Room was cold and bed was comfortable.

The room we booked was very clean and was a true non-smoking room. The beds were comfortable, and we actually had a lot of space for just 3 people. The bathroom worked well, and the shower definitely got as hot as you’d like.

The bathroom although it was spacious and everything worked fine, I wish the toilet seat had a cover because it looked as if it were broken off. The sheets to the bed were scratchy and irritating my skin, thankfully we brought our own blankets for that matter.
