Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano

The hot breakfast was great with quite a few options even for vegetarians. The location of the property is also pretty convenient.

I was charged parking fees for my car when the huge parking lot was more than half-empty. It was in single figures but this is the first time I have paid for parking at a hotel which is not even located in a busy and conjusted place like downtown so that was definitely a downer for me!

The breakfast was exceptionally good and Travis did a great job managing a contrary customer who was unhappy about not being able to get coffee out of the pump dispensers. She was loud and obnoxious but Travis kept cool, talked to her softly and even offered to go in the back and make her some coffee. He did a great job of keeping the situation from escalating and his willingness to go out of his way to be helpful was the only thing that kept the other guests in the dining room at the time from being very uncomfortable. Travis is to be commended!

There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. Not only that but we had to keep pushing a little button to keep the refrigerator on. Have stayed in other rooms that were less expensive but had the convenience of a microwave in the room and a good cold refrigerator ready to put out cold items in as soon as we arrived.

The complimentary breakfast was much better than we expected although many things were gone by the time we went down. Despite this, quality was better than I had expected. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Really helpful, make you feel comfortable. Rooms very fairly clean and comfortable. Price is very good for what you get.

A little smell in the hallways and in the room. Nothing terrible, but a smell.

Paying $3 to park a night. My hotel key didn’t work it took about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me. The smoke alarm beeped all night long. Position of the smoke alarm was right over the bed!

We asked the front desk receptionist for a corkscrew and although the hotel didn’t have one she went out of her way to her car and loan us one! That made our night!!

Absolutely nothing it was all perfect nice and warm and toasty by the fire place i loved it breakfast oatmeal was an excellent consistency and young man working the breakfast bar was very friendly and cordial!!

Breakfast was not good but service was great!

The lady that first waited on us I could not understand her accent was too strong and she first said we did not have reservation but the lady working with her took over and it went well from then on😀

Breakfast was great and so was the room. Next time I'll stay on 3rd floor because all i heard was stomping on 2nd floor while trying to sleep.

The inside pool was freezing cold

Excellent customer service . Queen was awesome. It was a pleasure meeting her.She was the sunshine of Fairfield Ins. Queen made every customer feel like they were special. She spoke to each and every customer with a smile. Everyone loved the Queen. She was amazing!

Professional friendly staff upgraded my room and also gave me a complimentary late check out. Close to the hospital my husband was in.

Room size a little small for a king sized bed Pillows uncomfortable Refrigerator shuts off after 2 hours

My husband liked the breakfast. It was awesome to have a laundry room. The location had enough restaurants & shopping centers around.
