It was in a good location, the hotel and room was clean, well lit parking lot, comfortable beds, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. The front lobby staff was wonderful! They were knowledgeable of the area and gave several suggestions. They were very friendly. Clyde and Rebekah are great assets to this establishment!

The outside door card readers were quite finicky. It took many tries before the door would open. We tried a couple and it seemed to the same thing but once you got in it worked the 1st time on your room door. Not sure if it was user error or what.

It was a great stay!! The staff was friendly. The rooms, restrooms, and the eating area were clean. The breakfast was fresh and as good as hotel food can get. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins, orange juice, milk, and coffee.

I gave it a 9 out of 10 because... Walls are super thin so you can hear the people in the other side. I could see this being a problem if you had super loud neighbors. I did not so it was all good. Next to highway so you get some highway noise. It could bother some people but it didn't bother me.

took front desk forever to locate my reservation when i called to confirm it never received a response to my e-mail never could figure out how to find what i was looking for on the high tech tv more outside seating would have been nice

It was clean and comfortable

The hotel provides Do Not Disturb tags to put in your door ... when used the housekeeping should not be knocking... it was ONLY 9am and the housekeeper for the 4th floor was knocking on all the doors INCLIDING MINE which had the Do Not Dosturb pit on the door. I also had my dogs with me and was asleep so this knock made them bark and woke me up . As someone who's worked in hotels for 24 uears I have never seen a hotel allow a housekeeper to knock on doors before 10 am and checkout time if the DND is on the door . I was very annoyed by this whats the point of have the DND if they are going to disturb me anyway!!!!

location room size

Very poor business center with no ability to work there. The printer didn’t work during all my stay for three weeks and nothing was done to repair the situation. The staff wasn’t accessible enough to print for me. There was no scanner. the minimum basic was not available for work purposes. There is No protection to the wi fi network and it’s not secured to work like this.

it is a great location for accessing North Dallas and the northern suburbs. price was great. nice pool. excellent front desk staff.

it has gotten a little shabby. I’ve stayed here a few times a year for over twenty years when I visit Dallas. our bathtub was scratched and looked dirty ( it wasn’t dirt, it had worn through the enamel). the overall feel of the rugs, furniture and bedding was old. I found the breakfast to be fair- overcooked scrambled eggs, toast and muffins, only oranges as fresh fruit. yogurt was good. coffee was good. I understand that the rate was excellent for the location and amenities there also was not daily room service but that was explained in a note left in the room. you could get fresh towels and coffee service from the front desk.

There was a huge international youth climbing event going on while we were there and they had a lot of the teams from around the world in the hotel, but you could hardly notice it. It was very clean and quiet even with the large amount of people. The room was good sized. The beds were quite comfortable. The internet was speedy. There was an ample and good hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal).

The elevator was very jerky. Especially when going down. Nothing else to not like.

We loved that this hotel was pet-friendly and the excellent, varied breakfast. We had the opportunity to interact with different receptionists and they were all very friendly. The hotel is located near different restaurants, which offers plenty of alternatives for lunch and dinner!

While the pool is clean and well-located, it is not very big.

The coffee in the morning and comfortable beds. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I couldn't get in the room and a maintenance man helped me figure it out. I would like to tell him thanks so much, again. I really appreciated that. He was busy working on another door, down the hall from room 116, going back toward the office. So, like room 111 or 113. Give that man a raise. He didn't hesitate to come help. He laid down his tools and came right away. I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing everything was amazing.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of stores and restaurants within 5 mins. There is even an ihop and hospital in the same parking lot. The room was very clean and spacious. I was very comfortable. The parking lot is well lit up and didn't have creepy ppl walking around. We are in plano several days out of the week for business and will definitely be staying here from now on. Not to mention pets stay free. What?! I was immediately sold on that. Other hotels cost us alot more due to per pet per day fees. We have 2 pups and the prices can get up there. They also have hot breakfast and not to-go baggies.
