We liked breakfast but being Indian vegetarian we couldn't find dishes of our choice.

We are not at all satisfied with your staff at reception as first they tried to overcharge us as far as room tariff was concern by almost $ 100 & alloted a room which was for 2adults whereas we were 4 adults. Again at the time of check out the same problem they raised about room tariff and we encountered lots of harrassment with your manager who accused us of checking in a day earlier than the actual one. But later on he confessed his mistake and then we felt the sigh of relief. We had a gift of cockroach in the toilet when we checked in which was solved later on. To sum up we are unsatisfied with the behaviour of your front desk staff.

I really liked the room setup, with a separate sofa seating area apart from the "bedroom" area. Felt more spacious than standard hotel room. Having the additional sink, with refrigerator, were very useful. I also liked the walk-in shower (no tub/shower combo with curtain). The room was very clean. We had our dog with us (25 lb poodle mix) and he was comfortable in his first hotel experience. Breakfast was good, not great: real eggs, potatoes, and sausage/bacon, along with other options (fruit, breads, instant oatmeal, more). Bed was comfortable - quite firm, pretty standard for hotel mattress.

The only thing was the desk clerk (a young man) in the evening was very distracted on his phone. I went down to ask a question - because there was no answer when I called. There was a man standing there waiting for someone to come to the desk to check him in. I got in line behind him. After a bit, the desk clerk came walking out of a door, looking at his phone as he walked and never looked up so he didn't even realize we were standing there waiting. He got to the desk and stood there a few more minutes on his phone before he looked up and was surprised we were standing there. Not a big deal. Everyone is distracted and on their phones these days, but was a little surprised he didn't put his phone away as soon as he walked out or at least when he got to the desk.

LOVED, LOVED the breakfast! Delicious and served promptly daily. Location was close to many great restaurants and close enough to visit surrounding attractions. Staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Bar closes at midnight on the weekends.

Only negative, personally, was that there are no lounge chairs at the pool to lay out and get some sunrays.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious, breakfast was plentiful.

If I have to pick a negative, it would be that the flow of the lobby could be improved. The check-in desk is in an awkward spot..sort of between the breakfast area and the tables. You have to carry food past guests checking in or out to sit and eat. But it is a very minor complaint.

You could hear the noise in the hall if the tv was off. Refrigerator didn’t work. Starbucks area was a little disappointing. The person preparing my drink didn’t have a clue so I cancelled before he got started. Luckily, there’s one around the corner

Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Staff was exceptionally responsive and accomodative. The hotel was good value.

The electic plug to be used for powering lap tops, etc. did not work. The A/C unit did not work the morning of the last day we were there. I called it to the attention of the front desk and the clerk said it would be corrected. We checked out (not because of these shortcomings) before they were fixed.

Clean and very well equipped for comfort and work. Fantastic front desk staff. SONYA in particular was a can do “make it happen” problem solver when we faced an unusual booking situation. She is a prize jewel Excellent hot and cold breakfast buffet. Plenty of well lighted parking.

Absolutely Nothing. Which is very rare for us.

Maintenance was great. Your maintenance guy was gracious enough to lend me a screwdriver to retrieve a gift card that my 1yo granddaughter stuck into the air-conditioner.

That I had reservations for two adults for a week and not once did housekeeping come by for any reason i.e. toilet paper check, bath towels (only 4 for two people, remember there for a week), and trash. Sorry for leaving sooo much of it. Remember Christmas was the day before. Lots of gifts and food.

Very nice for the price. Room was good size.

I wasn't supposed to be charged for the room until my stay. But I was charged 2-3 weeks ago. So that to me felt like wrongful service.
