Super 8 by Wyndham Richardson Dallas

I liked the size of the room and the comfort of the king size bed. It had a good sized TV and a mini fridge and a microwave. There was a bench to sit on, a couch, coffee table, a desk and desk chair. Housekeeping checked our room daily. There was enough toilet paper, kleenex, and towels. The outdoor swimming pool was open and clean. We were near a Waffle House where we ate breakfast and a Chili's where we ate dinner and had a drink. We walked to Chili's our first night there. They have a special parking spot reserved for Veterans.

The internet was up and down. Housekeeping missed cigarette ashes on the headboard of our bed ( a non Smoking room) for 2 days. I finally cleaned off the ashes because I have asthma and also I did not want to be blamed for them. Housekeeping missed an open bottle of water in the fridge that the previous person(s) had left. I threw that away also. There was a dead cricket in the tub. The commode made weird sounds, but it did flush if you tried it twice (low flow). The sink did not leak, but the bowl had several cracks in it.

Hot tub was amazing. Round with enough jets. Large enough for two. Fast Wi-Fi. Large comfortable bed. First floor right by a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Special parking spot for Veterans. Large TV with a variety of channels. We laughed at reruns of Last Man Standing on UP tv. Great Anniversary Experience. Enough towels.

The marble around the hot tub was a little loose on the side. The architect of the room must have had very long arms. Toilet paper far away from toilet. Light switch in bathroom out of reach of commode. Bedside tables far from bed.

Could have more to offer at breakfast The convenience to train The office staff very polite and knowledgeable

My finances Here because unit leased not ready

It's a very clean, and nice room for the money. Good for a 1-night stay.or when passing through Dallas.

Well, there's other people who stayed who were sketchy. Nothing the mpotel could or should do about that, however. That, and due to the Covid pandemic,breakfast was not offered.

Jacuzzi in the room was clean and functional helped me ditch some muscle cramps

Not a great area, lots of arguing and yelling around the place all night

Staff was excellent I forgot my watch the morning I left the hotel A few hours later I had realized I left my watch on the bed Went back around lunch time, the person at the office didn’t even gave me time to ask for it, as soon as he saw me he went to get it for me, What a nice people,

The toilet To slow to fill back up A heavy duty person like me have to flush twice every time number 2 makes itself present Otherwise it’ll get clogged No breakfast Although they advertise it like they have it

Good location,quiet and good price

XTREMELY POOR TV RECEPTION AND BR DOOR Cracked split and BR DOOR EntrAnce split open on door knob area and up/down Called and notified of problems to front desk and fully aware of them but nothing done nor repaired

The room for the most part was ok...

Well when i got in my room someone had literally just took a dump in the restroom! All u had to do was double flush... Also it was 2 dirty towels thrown over the shower rack smh.

this property was very convenient within the city and the staff were very friendly and helpful

no complaints

the staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. extremely neat and clean. great cable tv!
