I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews I had seen of the room smelling, the location and bed bugs but I decided to take the chance since I needed a room that was cheap but decent so I settled for this one. It actually exceeded my expectations for what I was anticipating. The room was cleaned and the sheets smelled clean and was very comfortable. The room was a good size, no issues with any foul smells or bugs or anything. It was actually a nice room. They provided plenty of hand towels and shower towels. The location probably wasn't the BEST, but we didn't have any issues. No noisy people outside or staying at the motel.

The only con would probably be that the elevator wasn't working and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. But we didn't mind too much. But that would be the only thing we probably would have changed.

the property itself like the parking lot and things are not very becoming but once you get past that it is smooth sailing and affordable and clean

the property has a trash issue they need more trash cans for patrons to put trash in there on the outside because even i had some trash from my car that i needed to dispose of and could not locate a trash bin and that just leads to people placing trash bags outside on grass or just in the parking lot. Also there were people who are not renting rooms there and if that bothers you then may not be the place for you but as a car dweller at the moment i understand and this is a safe parking lot for them to dwell so may see random people parking there. Also a couple of women of the night come lol just go to your room and you will never know. its fine.

Close to freeways

Check in was cool dogs are welcome there but it was one dude maybe it was Tj it’s like bro why you gotta be mad at the world you pick this job. The other guy with the nail I love him he’s a whole vibe room was actually clean and cozy the shower was new

First, the staff and the young man was so professional. I love the location;forexample: I love these eating places red lobster,olive garden,chipolte right across the street blew my mind and their food is excellent. Secondly, the rac-track where I play my lottery tickets, Finally, a bus stop other important things(bank right in walking distance-"FABULOUS." I would like the hotel have a big breakfast once a month for the extended stay people.

Just need to have breakfast sandwiches and juices.

The fondness of the staff was just above and beyond! I am just over the top with how much they actually cared and treated me like their own family. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here for all my travels. Thank you guys all 3 of you for everything and being so understanding.

What I didn't like..... well.... maybe I might be leaving and will miss everyone dearly.

I got my bumper stolen. There should be cameras in the parking lot. I also paid $50 a piece deposit for 2 rooms and never received back. Which the lady told us 3 days.

The staff was super helpful,hotel clean,close to pubic transportation and a convenience store. Also pet friendly.

No breakfast was available and that was one of the main amenities that made me choose the hotel.

Everyone at the front desk is very respectful and gives great customer service. It's a great place to stay if you need a place for a few weeks. I would definitely return just for the hospitality. Thank you again.

Close to all major freeways

cars gotten broke into and they didn’t even care. Overnight employee was very rude and on the phone talking about customers

Everyone and everything; clean facility, clean rooms, awesome location, great price, other guests are respectful and nice and the staff is THE BEST!!
