The stay was exquisite. Extremely elegant. The valet were so friendly, as well as helpful. One valet even helped me with a few bags. I only had 2, but he but nice enough to help me with them, from the moment I arrived, to exiting. Front staff was so welcoming and engaging. It's nice to engage in conversation rather than have someone flatly checking you in, seemingly uninterested. Not at the Westin; they are tuned into their guests! Breakfast is bountiful and fresh and dining area is above par. Nice grounds area with a small but CLEAN area for the pooch to do her biz. Will DEF stay here again!

We book 3 rooms so I get to compare the experience with my family. One of the rooms the bathtub wasn’t as clean as I would like, the towels has stains. The other room the pillows were hard and the sheets had stains. The parking lot, we had a lot of issues. It’s really hard to find a spot, the card didn’t work at the end we had to pay twice

The front desk customer service was awesome. The rain head shower is fantastic. The room was spacious. Everything was very clean.

I did not like that I had booked a high floor with a king bed. On site that changed to a high floor with two full beds, should have stuck with the king bed. Did not like all the children running in the halls or in and around the bar area. The bar area was very loud not relaxing. The cheese cake is flavorless .

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

The parking was awful. The free parking for guest was down the street in a lot that was not clean or monitored. Broken glass from car windows and trash was everywhere. Guest should not have to pay additional fees for parking if staying in the hotel or park in a lot that is filthy.

Loved the hotel it looked amazing on the inside. The check in workers were friendly and accomadating. The rooms were clean, The bed was soft, and the view from my room was amazing. Enjoyed the shower it was almost like a waterfall shower head. Breakfast was really good as well make sure you get it included in your room rate if not you will have to pay.

Did not like that we had to pay extra for parking you would think as a guest that would be free unless you do valet. They charged for valet and charged for self parking in there deck.

Exceptional staff. Kind. Compassionate. Room Service THE BEST. I had to have a medical procedure done and this hotel was 7 minutes away from surgical facility. I slept like a baby in my bed, with feather-free linens and pillows. I will return. So quiet and soothing. The staff are 10 stars plus!

That hotel didn't have a Starbucks or local shuttle to doctor seven minutes away.

The property was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I loved being able to park in a secure parking garage where I knew my vehicle would be safe. The layout of the room was functional and the view from the tenth floor was beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the breakfast wasn’t included and was $22 per person for the buffet.

Great location. Hotel was right down the street from where my daughter moved for college. It’s a great hote with a nice view of the city…my room was on the 17th Floor.

Parking for check in for the first time was a bit confusing as you have to park in the structure which you enter from a different street from the front of the hotel. Parking structure was super tight too.

Great choices with everything very fresh the gentleman who took care of us every day was delightful his name was Singh breakfast was a great experience all five days we had fine dealings with Peter from food and beverage, Eddie from housekeeping and Maya (jack of all trades ). Kay

The staff is probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered! The rooms were very clean and had everything we could have needed!

My only complaint was that our hot water would not stay hot. Couple minutes then freezing cold. This obviously could’ve been because of anything. If I would have been there longer I would’ve said something but honestly it wasn’t that big of a deal.
