There were so many homeless on the property and around the property that we felt more like we were staying at a nicer looking shelter. Had it been one or two, we might have offered to buy them some dinner or such. But there were people sleeping on the concrete in the parking lot, laying under trees, leaning up on cars, walking through pushing carts, leaning up against the motel building in the shaded flower areas. It just felt a bit too uncomfortable.

The hotel was located conveniently by the Interstate both on and off. It was located by grocery stores and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was clean, comfy, and at a great price. The area around the hotel was quiet and there was plenty of parking. There were ice machines and vending machines on every floor. I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The room (250) was wonderful, the floor that the room was quite and the entire stay was stress free. I would DEFINITELY book here again and I recommend it to anyone. 👌🏾It is an awesome value for the price. 😊

This was a great hotel experience with great price value. I was absolutely surprised at how cheap this was for a King room for 3 nights. I liked the cleanliness and the space of the room. It was great for a family of three. I'm big on energy and the energy here was perfect. Nice people, customer service, cleanliness, safety, location all was a ten.

The only thing I did not like was the plumbing lol I thought the toilet was gonna overflow each time I flushed it. My daughter did a #2 and it took at least 7 or 8 flushes for it to go down. I thought we were gonna need a plunger a few times. Lol otherwise there was nothing else that was dis-likable.

For the building,it's simple and clean. it's a combined taste of renewned old and looks good and unique in its own way, it's spacious and a nice self service of tea or coffee machine in the room. The AC is wow I am so impressed and all the various channel is a good one for a bite without any extra charges . Job well done 👍🏻 .I like the pool and the portable sport center inside the building to keep you active and the garden aisle where you can just take a breath of fresh air or read. It's with table and chair. Also the Eis machine on each floor is an extra to taste 😂 maybe for me coming from Europe probably.butbits a good one .👍🏻😃 Though you could leave your bag before check in time is a plus mark . Like that too. Overall it could have stayed longer but had to go back home 😃🏡. Liked it 😋

Nothing but i couldn't get a spoon so they gave me a disposable knife and fork though and a paper little bowl. Better than nothing.😊 for Müsli or flakes. It could be better to put a reusable glass cups and spoon by the kings room than the disposable . Rubber / plastik cups of 2sets. I Really don't like those for hot drinks. it is uneconomical and unhealthy. Also not presentable . Add value there. Thanks 👍🏻 You can save cost though with many changes and for better. Also for an hour early check in, to pay money is not so ok but it's choice. .My point of view anyways. But was considerate for an hour late checkout 😃

Great location, right off the freeway, and right next to an In-N-Out and Starbucks. Room was very clean. I felt very safe at this location; every once in a while I would see police patrol, which makes me feel even safer. The bed slept well, tv and fridge worked, shower and toilet worked, it’s a great stay for the price. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I forgot my key in my room.

This is just a personal thing, but the hotel is large with only one elevator. If you happen to have arthritis in the knees, this one probably isn’t the one for you. The water pressure was also very low in not only my room, but my mom’s as well. We were on different floors and everything. Our toilets would barely even flush.

There was a tiny balcony. It had an access door that I could actually open and step outside

The top of the headboards were filthy.. They had not been cleaned in months. Also the picture frames. Headboard front look like mold on it. I let front desk know with video. Oh I'll let maid service know to clean better and gave me a card to email manager. No upgrade. I had already cleaned and sanitized the room myself that's how I discovered it.

I was surprised at how clean it was. I’m not from Dallas, so I’m afraid of booking dirty hotels. It was confusing getting to my room due to the layout of the hotel but other than that, it was super nice and cheap. The staff was super friendly and check in quick and easy. I will definitely book there again!

No mirror for taking pictures. Most hotels have a wall mirror, this one only had the bathroom and the one above the desk that doesn’t show full body. Its dallas, so mirrors are a must!
