The general Manger is very nice and up front even tho there was no hot water she still made my stay fair

I arrived at the hotel and was told the couldn’t validate my reservation since they where renovating, I was offered a room in another hotel of the same brand. When I arrived I was assigned a room, the room didn’t have any bed sheets when I entered. I was assigned another room. The hotel employee forgot to update my room assignment and at the middle of the night someone tried to opened my door. The day after I reported the situation and it happened again, this time it was housekeeping. I reported the situation again and it happened one more time. It was a very uncomfortable situation because I was alone in this trip.

Not much.

I had no sheets or blankets during my stay. I repeatedly went to the office and just kept being told they would provide some as soon as possible. Also there was no TV service the entire time.

The fridge looked clean.

Would rate lower if I could. I had to wait 40 mins to get checked in then 3 hours for a blanket and some towels. The counters were not clean, the microwave was gross, the A/C was greasy on top, the stove top looked disgusting, and there was a used condom under the bed. Booking said there was breakfast included which was the only reason I booked it and then I found out there wasn't. I also got switched from one hotel to another after driving 6 and a half hours to get there. I was also supposed to get a king size but was given two queens.

When I booked my room(s) one of my rooms was canceled and I was not informed, when I did go to check the room, I found we had no shower curtain or rod in the room, i also was told I would receive kitchen amenities with my booking and when I requested the items I was only given a shower curtain, had to wait two days for a shower rod, we were only given one roll of toilet paper in the room at the time of check in. There wasn't even a single bar of soap. As for the pots and pans, I was told that they did not have any. The "included breakfast" was none existent.

Location

I got the hotel and had to wait 23 min before anybody help me because they needed to smoke. Then was told I had to go to the one across the street and it suppose to be better. If the other one was better that means y'all's was hell. Got over there and had to take a double when I paid for a king. The elevator #2 was hard to work. Frig was nasty. Air barely work. It was just a mess there.

The structure of the building and cleanliness of the outside.

The area wasn't safe and while I took a nap to wait until the lobby open up to check in to my room. Some people in red shirts put something in my gas tank that made my engine light come on after sitting at the location for less than two hours.

You did not provide breakfast and the facility was dirty. There was water come through the floor. The room had a bad smell. I was uncomfortable in your hotel. I will never stay at your hotel again.

I did not enjoy anything at your facility.
