the first checking the front desk lady was very nice and calm

the housekeepers are rude as well they want to look crazy at you half of them don’t greet you rather they speak English or not you can still greet paying customers! they feel like that’s not apart of customer service! regardless of where I stay I never leave a room nasty I take trash out I gather all towels together before I check out of any stay but housekeeping will look at you like it’s nasty. i never complain but this is one two many times I have spent my money with this hotel to only be disappointed! my daughter were comfortable though very peaceful there

The room was EXTREMELY comfortable and the staff was very nice!! Even though our room did not have a kitchenette, they had ice machines in all the floors, and a microwave and a coffee machine in the lobby, which came in handy if needed! It is just 10 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas! So it is very well located!

Reception was great 👍 we came in at around 8 pm, and he treated us nicely and also talked Spanish. In less than 5 minutes, my room key was ready. And the cleanes of our bed was great white sheets were actually white!

That there was no pool. Also that my room was humid when we first arrived.

The security and safeness you feel. The location is convenient for eating and getting to the downtown area quickly due to it being located on the side of the highway. The staff is friendly and understanding and always helpful.

The fact that the rugs got removed and is now hard wood vinyl flooring, the fridge does not stay cold enough, and my biggest complaint is the shower head or water pressure not being strong enough for a quick shower. The time you take to shower is extended due to the little stream of water that comes out of the shower head. As well, be prepared to flush the toilet 2-3 times as the first flush does not take everything down, even when just going in for a pee.

Great employes especially the front desk very professional and on top of things.

Truth be told I just wish the cleaners would really sweap and map also wipe down everything down and not spot cleans, like under the beds move the beds out and clean behind that also in the lobby alot dust and dirt clean behind everything . Last thing a/c units needed to be cleaned. Overall Amazing stay always a blast and laughs

Ceiling was falling, maid service went to call Manager as we were getting our stuff and leaving. No need for that

location was perfect close to shopping and friends and family

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the toilet and hair in the tub and hair on one of the towels. The tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed. The bed was somewhat comfortable.

Pretty much everything you'd expect from a hotel at that price, plus the staff were a lot more friendly than other hotels that I've stayed at which was awesome

They could have mini fridges and microwaves n the rooms, but those are just minor inconveniences

The staff was nice, and everything was clean

No breakfast, no pool, and the area was a little iffy feeling

it was close to the airport … and Marcella (sp?) the morning front desk person was an absolute exceptional joy and delight!!

Honestly … the room was stuffy, muggy, and dank smelling upon entry … might be nice to get some type of automatic room deodorizer to spray fresh smelling odors within ??
