Love the cozy beds, stylish rooms, cheap prices and space. Close to everything, good cell service w/t-mobile

- No breakfast as advertised -1 laundry machine (wash and dry) - $70 security deposit I wasn't up front that I wasn't aware I'd have to pay... - House keeping harassed me allllllll morning to clean my room. I told 3 ppl that I was on bed rest and call the front to let them know not to disturb me and they kept banging on my door like the police and wouldn't take no for an answer. This happened for the 3rd time during a virtual zoom meeting so I was livid.

The breakfast surpassed my expectations - they have fried eggs, waffle to bake, juices. The room is much bigger than what I would've expected for this price. The property may be slightly further than downtown than others, but still within walking distance if you're a fit person. Definitely near to Historic Market Square which is SA main attraction.

The price and location met expectations and needs for our trip. Cleanliness of bed linens and towels.

We didn't get a selection for breakfast (brown bag pre selected) and the maintenance/ cleanliness was a little lacking. The elevator needed to be swept (wiped down or cleaner)...it gives an impression that you might not know what to expect regarding room cleanliness (considering it's one of the first impressions), as did our bathroom.....but the bed linens and towels were great and our trash was taken out after our first night.

Staff was amazing! Their system was down so it took a bit for us to get our room but nothing too major! Sometimes things happen and I loved seeing all their staff work as a team to try and get rooms ready for incoming guests. Staff was very friendly as well! And patient.

The pool was closed unfortunately but did not take away from my experience staying there. Also irritated woman that was harassing the staff.

The location is in the middle of all the places we go for. It's in a perfect spot for easy access to the HWY but secluded to avoid a traffic problem.

Parking is very limited. Sometimes we have to park across the street and it's dark. Not sure if it's monitored to make sure our vehicles are safe from burglaries.

Our room was very clean and ac was very cold...just like we like it! The room and bathroom were updated and very petty. We got the queen bed which was super comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

No coffee ready in the early morning. It would be nice if hot coffee was always available in lobby.

It was very humid inside and the Air Conditioning unit in my room was LOUD it sounded like it was going to explode lol

I actually liked the mystic grey look of the building. The lobby was cute and clean. The room was good for the night we stayed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room was seemingly clean overall. It was good for what we needed which was just a place to shower and sleep.

I didn’t like that they advertise “hot breakfast” just to find out they only do it occasionally and when they don’t they blame covid and give a “to go” snack. They should remove the amenity instead of being a let down. I booked this hotel mostly for being out of options. Any other time I wouldn’t book this hotel at the $235 rate. I mean come on! Even Disney World has better hotels for cheaper but I guess the weekend I visited the entire population decided to go to San Antonio for the weekend.

Audrey was awesome as well as the rest of the front desk team I asked for towels because I’d forgotten like a fool to remove the do not disturb sign and they had towels ready for me to pick up when I drove back from visiting the town.

the pool was not ready but it wasn’t a deal breaker so all was good.

Staff was nice Free breakfast Free parking 8 min drive from downtown (riverwalk,alamodome,etc)

Air conditioner/heater wouldn't work.
