I was really impressed with the quality of the room, especially considering the cost. I think that it had all the amenities one could expect, especially a washer and dryer for low cost. Staff was helpful and friendly and was willing to call transportation for me when my phone was broken.

The location is not incredible. Relatively close to the center of town and you can easily reach the river walk so that was nice but the area around it is not the safest I've seen. I feel the hotel did a good job keeping the immediate area around feeling safe with extensive lighting at night but I would be cautious walking outside of hotel grounds late at night.

Where do I start? I've been staying here at least twice weekly a couple days at a time for a few months now. Every stay gets even better. They've now come to treat me as a member of the family and not just a paying guest. I'm now privileged with early check in and so forth. But I'd like to extend the gratitude and can't go with mentioning how clean and pristine this property is. It's immaculate from top to bottom. Rooms, pool, laundry facility, and even the parking lot. Not your typical run of the mill Motel 6. It's not treated nor am I embarrassed to tell friends and family I stayed at a Motel 6. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. I'll continue to frequent this motel as long as I could and you'd continue to have my patronage.

Just wish there were more vending options and if prices could be lower sometimes. I'd be here more if it were the case. But granted it's location, I understand pricing as I was a Hilton employee for 15 years.

property is a little dated but super clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Seeing Simba was a plus. Location was within walking distance to everything I wanted to see. We parked and didn't move all weekend. No worries about our vehicles. They are on top of keeping the homeless population nearby, away from the property. We felt safe. We have been staying at this location for years and have never been disappointed. We are happy to learn that they will be upgrading the property. I would recommend staying here. It's a good deal for the price.

No hair dryer or iron. I had to bring mine from home. Other than that I was happy with my stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds! It's right next to McDonald's as well! I stayed here while attending the TMEA convention, so it was a little bit of a walk to the convention center, but a nice walk.

There were quite a few homeless people wondering around outside - mostly at night and in the mornings. So, that was little weird, but the homeless people did not bother anyone. It would have been nice to have a complementary cup of coffee every morning, but that is not a make-or-break deal for me.

The space of the room and the presentation

The location because there were too many homeless people that made me feel insecure, and the fact that there was no microwave or fridge to keep my left over food from restaurants. Oh and the restroom wasn't cleaned when we got there, but i didnt mind cleaning it myself. I was sad that the pool was closed especially because it was a really hot day and i wanted to get refreshed... it could've at least been open only for the people staying, In general i had a good time, felt comfortable being inside the room, but its the small necessary things that threw me off a bit.

Staff very attentive. High five to Rene who kept our room up and made sure we had what we needed. Location is close to everything we wanted to attend. Bed was comfy. Room large, dated, but clean. We stay here all the time.

The room was a great size and the bathroom had easy access. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower faucet was excellent, easy to use.

The property needs some good cleaning. The parking lot had alot of trash. And the front palm trees need alot of cutting and cleaning. Especially for guests that want to walk to the market place.

Room was big; air conditioning held up, it was very comfortable.

I was a little concerned of the area, we have stayed numerous times at this hotel especially because it is so close to the market square and you don’t have to pay for parking; but being mid-week, it was a little scarce of travelers.

The staff was friendly and accommodated our families needs. The room was clean and had plenty of room. I especially love that we had a place to eat in the room with dining like chairs. I love that there is a mcds right across the parking lot where I could pick up my morning coffee before heading out to the town. We will be coming back!!

The room was a little stuffy despite the cool weather. Wish we had a microwave or mini fridge, but overall we were happy with our visit.

everything was great. I’ve stayed here before, several times and cleaning has not always been great, but this weekend they really show they have taken their reviews serious and IMPROVED SO MUCH!!! i will definitely stay here again. We also left out laptop and they found it and keeping it until we come back (3 hour drive) to get. great location. Great customer service. We will be back again!
