location was great, took us 15 or 20 minutes to go almost everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, room was spacious.

Everything was fine , if i may haf a suggestion is things from self-serve breakfast ran out and didnt got re-stocked, like juice, spoons, fruit, etc.

Spacious room allowed for me to work comfortably at a desk with good wifi and a quiet atmosphere Refrigerator and coffee maker for an extended stay -- Whole Foods right around the corner provided the goods Good breakfast, appropriate mostly for covid times -- allowed me to do a takeaway breakfast sandwich and Starbucks coffee daily Location is very easy to airport and the Quarry market where there are tons of restaurants and amenities if you're staying as we did for a while

The bathroom was cramped and hard to move into and out (the door nearly touched the toilet) Would appreciate the staff taking Covid-19 more seriously and wearing masks over their noses etc The TV for some reason was tuned in to Fox news -- whenever you turned it on it went to Fox no matter what you were watching before

Our stay was great! We enjoyed your pool area, lounge area, and room! Thank you for a memorable stay. Loved the longer breakfast hours and extended check out time! We will definitely return.

We definitely would suggest more seating during breakfast hours. We can't complain on anything else!

Paper plates/ polystyrene bowls and plastic cutlery at b’fast. Detracted from decent (included) breakfast and not good environmentally.

The breakfast was expansive, the room was really nice, the a/c worked fast, the pool was nice, the staff members were all very friendly and chill.

One of the gates to the parking lot closes at 11pm. There is another entrance, but coming from one of the directions you have to do a u-turn to get to it.

The staff was extremely nice when I checked in and out. I was so happy to see the location was great! 10-15 min from everything we wanted to do plus some restaurants and Walmart nearby. We lost power from a random hurricane like storm but the AC units blow so damn cold our room never got extremely hot before the power came back, roads were flooded but the parking lot was good!

Limited breakfast but that is due to covid. The pre packaged breakfast came with two French toast sticks, scrambled eggs and 3 sausage links. So I was happy to see I could still get a hot breakfast, quakers oatmeal, yogurt, toast, and cereal!

The location, service, cleanliness were great. Parking easy. Breakfast good.

Disappointed that there was very little shade at the pool. Had planned to relax there, but was too hot. Air conditioner compressor was noisy. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Staff was very accommodating.

Prices for drinks (Gatorade/water) were expensive

We had been traveling from Japan for 31 hours when we got to the hotel at 3 am. We were greeted by Sylvia with a smile, our room keys, plenty of information, and extra clean towels and blankets. Everyone I interacted with after was just as friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for 4 adults, 2 teens and 12 pieces of luggage.

No shuttle to pick us up, although I do realize it’s during Covid and it was 3 am I had reserved the hotel using Bookings filters and specified we needed a shuttle.

Good location, nice pool, clean, good breakfast

We have stayed here before and were happy with the room, this time we were in a handicap accessible room which was not as nice a room layout in my opinion. I did not ask for handicap accessible room when I booked so was told it was because they were completely booked up and since I checked in later that was the room they had left.
