The property was clean and well-kept. The room looked as if it had been renovated and fresh. The pool was a delight and full-sized. There were at least over eight adults and a few children in the pool at one time, and I did not feel overwhelmed or over-crowded.

The M Lounge breakfast and snacks were a great addition to our stay, which were included with our rooms. The only problem, booking.com description of the room was not correct and I did not get a room with a balcony. The title of the room stays king baloney. However, the desk attendee informed me the balcony must be in the description of room features. I was compensated for booking.com mistakes in the end with a discount/credit to my bill. I also felt safe staying at this hotel.

As I was about to start serving my plate one of the kitchen staff went up to me (in front of other people) and told me that breakfast was not included on my room and that would have to play $18.99 per person. When I told him that it was indeed included he proceeded to ask for my room number and when he made sure it was he just said " well some people will come grab some without being included" I replied "I wouldn't do that"so I left my plate where I was about to serve me and my toddler and went back to my room because I was embarrassed.

The San Antonio Marriott Northwest was a huge, very modern hotel. The room we stayed in was very large with a king bed and a sofa, and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant, bar and a Starbucks just past the registry desk. It was right off the interstate so it was easy to navigate around the city, but there was no traffic noise in our room.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable It was nice to have a gym to use as well The staff were helpful and courteous

I wasn't told that a holding charge would be made to my cc upon booking anything to my room. It would have been good to be told that at check in, rather than have a random figure appear on my cc account. This is especially true for overseas visitors when the debit seems to be a random amount.

Front desk Merach (?) was friendly and welcoming. The king bed room was spacious, I loved the closet-like divider between the bathroom sink and bedroom . Did not have breakfast at the Marriott. However, did order a Starbucks at their counter and enjoy visiting with a friend in the lounge/bar/inside lobby area. The furniture was comfortable and well spaced to have a conversation. The location was perfect, very close to my son's apartment. I would book a room again at the same place

Only one elevator was working, I believe the other two were to be back in service before mid-June.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was very nice and clean. I wish I had more time to spend at the property to take in some of the amenities.

For a Marriott property I was expecting a comfortable bed. The bed was overly firm, and felt as though I was laying on a slab of cement. I purposely cancelled a reservation at another property based on Marriott's reputation.

I liked the location, the room was clean, staff was really friendly. We ended up getting a meal from room service and it was really good!

There are a couple of minor things that I did not like personally. The room across the hallway were slamming the door up until around midnight and again at around 7am. The last thing is that you pay $5 for a small can of soda through room service, I’m happy that a dollar goes to charity but, $4 for a can of soda is a little high. I would stay here again without the room service drink.

The breakfast for $18 a person was not worth the price. We stayed for 3 days & went to breakfast the first morning due to the breakfast being disappointing we ate breakfast outside of the hotel. I had breakfast at many of Marriott hotels & I would say the breakfast at this location was absolutely terrible.

The room size was perfect the bathroom was clean

The floor near the sink was coming up but it was fine there was one female staff worker at the desk who was lazy. We asked her a question about the pool and all she said was I don’t know and just looked at us.

Nice smell since the moment you walk in, modern elegant look, has a very nice looking dinning area where they offered breakfast buffet, dinner, Starbucks. (Did not try no comments over food*) Rooms are just like the pictures, very nice to be honest. Parking is free!
