The location was perfect. I was spending extended time at Methodist Hospital and this was within walking distance so I didn't even need to rent a car. My room was a little run down but it was clean and there was maid service daily (which I haven't seen since 2020). The staff was super nice and for the price, I couldn't be more pleased.
Bring back coffee. Make minor repairs.

The size of the room, the location, and the quietness. The bathroom was very nice and there was lots of hot water! The microwave and refrigerator were a nice addition.
The coffee machine was not working, so no morning coffee. When I asked about it, I was told it had not worked for a while,but they were planning on having it repaired. Also, they need new bathmats.

No available breakfast, which was no problem. Could have used def coffee. Location to medical center is one of the main reasons to stay and cost was other. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. And available parking was great
Could not get TV to work. Would have been advantage to have a guide and some instructions on use. The tub was a little small, will take shower next time. One of the lights in the bathroom was out.

Excellent location, easy access to convenience store, hospitals, and restaurants. Rooms are spacious with linoleum floor and it has all your basic necessities like microwave, fridge, iron, Wi-Fi, and a flat screen tv with cable. And most importantly, the ambious feels safe for a family to enjoy.
