The bed was comfortable. Our greeter was very professional and nice. Made us feel welcomed.

The bathroom was a tight fit between the door, the toilet, and shower. Additional charges were added to my bill because the check out attendant said my nightly rate should have been more than what I originally was charged and given a receipt for at check in. I got a notification from my credit card company. I had to call the hotel to get an explanation.

The group I was with came into San Antonio on a Tuesday as we were going with a large group of Retired Teachers on Wednesday to the Capitol in Austin. Our chartered busses were loading at 6:30 am at Crossroads Park and Ride. Since Spring Hill Suites is only .3 miles away it was a perfect place for us. We were able to get a great nights rest before a long, tiring day. Over 1000 retired teachers were at the Capitol to visit our legislators and to again plead our case for a cost of living raise.

The hospitality was great! The staff and the facilities where accommodating and the service was pleasantly prompt.

There was some constructive work being done during my stay that had one of the elevator non operational. The same could be said about access to the property from the streets there was construction on some of the access streets that made it a little difficult to find even with GPS.

We like the location. We liked that it was close to groceries and pharmacy. We also liked that it was close to several shopping centers. There is a target, ross, and jack in the box seconds away.

We did not like the restroom door. The restroom door wouldn't close completely at all even if it was locked. The last thing we didn't like was the taste of the waffles available during breakfast. They were too sugary and the texture was hard.

When we checked in, the staff was very nice. The suite itself was very clean, roomy, and warmly decorated. The toiletries were well stocked, as was the coffee available in the room. The temperature control was perfect, as it was a very hot day, it was nice to be on a cooled room. The halls were quiet, no loud guests to bother our sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable and bedding was so soft. I wanted to take the pillows home with me! They offered breakfast in the morning that looked pretty good. The only reason i didn't eat was because I was scheduled for surgery that morning and wasn't allowed to eat. I would absolutely stay there again!

I have zero complaints about my stay.

The stay was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious!

Somehow there was an issue booking through Booking.com. However, I needed a room the same day so that could have contributed to the struggle of staff to find the confirmation. Thankfully, the staff figured it out and I was able to move forward with booking, thank you!

spacious rooms with great air conditioning. The breakfast area was always busy, but the staff we’re working hard to keep up with the demand. breakfast is the same everyday, so we knew what to expect. they have a few ice machines, and the parking lot was well lit, making it feel safe.

The hotel is overall clean, smells good, cozy and the complimentary breakfast has a lot of choices and are definitely healthy and satisfying unlike the other hotels that I got to experience staying. This I will definitely say, excellent service so keep it up. Keep the good and welcoming vibe to stay at the top.

The breakfast was one of the better ones..we travel.alot and it was great. The manager kept his word. And took care of.us and our room.was waiting when we got there. He more than made up for everything.

The first stay we had issues with the room.the ac . And the the room.overall. was very unpleasant. After a long trip..but the manager got ahold of us and made it right. He said to give them another try and we did. We stayed again on our way back through San antonio and he kept his word..

This property is very clean, modern looking, and has great amenities. The breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. It’s easy access to the 410 Loop, and there are many businesses in the same parking lot such as Target and Starbucks. I will definitely stay here again.

The carpet in our room was a little musty. Smelled like someone had put wet towels on the floor.
