Room was nice size and comfortable. There was comfortable lighting making the room feel very relaxing. I enjoyed the location very much. It was easy to get to and was easily accessible from the highway.

Upon arrival there was food in our refrigerator. There was some hair left in the bathtub. It was nothing really major, however, as a loyal La Quinta customer, I was expecting more on the cleanliness aspect.

Our stay was in room 102. The bed was extremely comfortable, the area was quiet, electrical outlets all around the room. The fact that it provided breakfast was also a thumbs up. A restaurant across the street and a Bill Miller's Bbq within walking distance, a Walmart and an Academy store about a half mile was also convenient to have. Over all our stay was very, very good.

I first thing i didn't like was the fact there isn't enough counter space to set things on in the restroom area. And secondly i didn't like the idea of not having towel holders in the restroom or too close to the toilet area.

Beautiful and clean room. Excellent location and the staff was great. The beds were super comfortable.

No maid service due to being short staffed. We were here for 3 days and never had our room cleaned. So we had to leave our towels in the hall and go down to pick up clean towels each day. No coffee at the breakfast area. Milk, cereal, juice and muffins. The fresh fruit did not look good. So we went out for a good breakfast. suggestion: maybe leave some extra Kurig coffee, cups, creamer, etc. in the rooms since there is no coffee being served at the continental breakfast area.

We were there for my husband's surgery I was very nervous and scared but somehow I felt comfortable your staff made me feel somehow safe I don't know how to explain it I didn't feel like I was far away from home but I thank you for that they were friendly very services always asked us if we needed anything they knew why we were there they made me feel comfortable and I felt if I needed anything I knew I could ask them we will be going back and we've asked our insurance to book all of our visits in the same hotel thank you so much for your services and for having a hotel with such friendly people you did a good job

What needs to be fixed that is not broken whoever is in charge of this establishment does a good job runs well very clean when you walk in it has that home feeling thank you

Front desk receptionist Justin was amazing! He was kind, sweet, and very helpful! He truly knows the definition of making customers happy and ensuring that their stay at the Hotel is comfortable and excellent. It is amazing to see someone go out of their way to ensure that the Hotel exceeds customer's expectations, and that person is Justin. Justin made me feel very welcomed and made sure things went smoothly for me and my in-laws. He made me want to visit the hotel again because of the hospitality he showed me. Thank you Justin for making my in-laws and my stay at the hotel one of the best experiences we had!

The cleaning crew could have cleaned my room in the morning, long before I got back in the evening. They also could have changed the bed sheets and took the other sheets out of the room but they didn't make the bed. One of the ladies just handed me the clean sheet and comforter. I tried to ask the cleaning lady to take the old sheet and comforter so that I can make the bed with the clean sheet and comforter that she gave me but she didn't speak English so she didn't understand. I took the sheet and comforter off myself and made the bed with the clean sheet and comforter and then left all the dirty stuff such as sheet, comforter, wash cloths, and towels in a pile on the floor for them to grab the next day when I checked out.

Everything was really good! The location is perfectly near to a Walmart, in front of a Shell and a Circle K, very near from the Downtown, the complementary hot breakfast was awesome👌 (missing the pancakes 🥞), staff 10/10 (Jennifer was the best and a guy (tall guy with an Iphone) I don't remember his name was the most helpful staff). Near to everything I needed! Room was bigger than I thought 🤔 Totally coming back! 10/10. This was my first time in San Antonio! 😁

If you pay with credit/debit through Booking.com they will add an extra cost $25 per night if you damage the room. They must told you! Waiting for my refund (of 5 nights)! 😢 😭

I saw some homeless people near the hotel. It is not close to downtown San Antonio. I noticed some potholes on the driveway. Restroom was under repair and the staff asked us to use the one in the gas station in front of the hotel.

I was very impressed with clean fresh smells throughout. I have a sensitive nose and bad odors I can pick out right away. The whole interior of property was unbelievable great smells. Very happily surprised.

I have nothing bad to comment except maybe a smile from the, I believe, Manager.

Everything was clean and it was easy to get in and out of. The location was great only a 10-15 drive to the River Walk area.

The TV was a little dated you had to turn the volume all the way up to hear over the AC and then it was so distorted you couldn’t understand what was being said.

The breakfast was good.

At 4 am one of the hotel occupants was outside blasting their music in their car and woke up most of us sleeping in even number rooms. The overnight desk clerk did handle it. Once the music stopped then the alarm on the car started sounding off. No sleep for a bunch of us. I did go and talked with the clerk and he did let me know what the problem was. A big Thank you to him for doing what he did to handle the matter.
