Sonder at Southtown

Perfect walk along the river to get to town. Local restaurants right across the road. Sunny spot for the pool, clean & relaxing. great all over place to stay out of town but close enough. definitely stay back there again instead of in town.

The apt itself was clean, decor was amazing. It was spacious and stocked with the basics of what we needed. Check in instructions were lengthy but detailed and went on without a hiccup. Definitely the right size for our family size as we would have had to reserve 2 hotel rooms.

The complex itself had thin walls and you can hear everything and everybody above you. The fees kind of suck and add hundreds to the reservation cost.

I liked the amount of space in the unit. I liked that we could wash clothes and towels during our stay. The pool was unique and my kids enjoyed it.

I wasn’t a fan of the location. The immediate surrounding community seemed very industrial and run down. It can be quite a trip to get from your car to the room when you end up on the fifth or 6th floor of the parking garage and than your room is on level 1 and literally the FARTHEST unit away from the door. That was rough when we had to carry in groceries. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the room.

Convenient and close to downtown. Kitchen had sufficient cookware. Plenty of room.

It was a struggle with a bed that low. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Loved the location and neighborhood. Pool was wonderful and refreshing. Loved the building security and gated parking. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed fir our short stay

No TV unless you streamed something from your phone or laptop.

Place was clean and well maintained. Traveling with an infant and it was nice to see a pack and play provided.

The bed was hard and we booked a 4 day stay for 4 adults anyone child and were only give 4 wash cloths for the stay.

The property was very nice and we didn’t get to go out to see the pool but the actual property we stayed in was comfy.

There were like small flies everywhere before we opened the other doors. Mainly in the bathroom. the tub doesn’t drain well either.

Nice and clean unit that was close to attractions in the city. Not really within walking distance though.

Neighborhood is up and coming and a lot of construction at this time.

it was a wonderful experience. clean, the people in the community very respectful. Everything you need is in the space. dishwasher, laundry room, pool, exercise room. the resturant/ bar across the street. great place to stay.

i like everything about.

The pillows and comforter! It was very nice living situation. The king size was perfect size for me and my spouse including our toddler since there was no crib. Would have loved if they had TV in both rooms.

The only thing I would say is both rooms didn’t have TV and the fact that we had trouble figuring out where our apartment was since there was two buildings in same complex. Would have been awesome if that was specified.
