We love everything about the hotel. We didn't really do much inside the hotel, we walked the city to take in the sights.

Parking was like a 2min walk away from the hotel. They do valet for 60 bucks, but we decided to make the walk. It was $5 for the day and $10 for overnight at the self parking lot.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The location is convenient & easily accessible. The hotel is beautifully decorated and arranged both inside and outside. The entire staff is so pleasant & helpful. Helena at the front desk was super friendly & warming upon my arrival. The food at the Corinne restaurant & bar definitely surpassed my expectations and I received wonderful service from the waiter (unfortunately I can’t remember his name but it begins with an R). I had an amazing massage from Yenyx at the spa (10/10). I got to take a dip in the pool early in the day & enjoy a drink with small bites from the Anaqua bar which was also great. I went back in the evening and enjoyed some more fun cocktails as well. Room service was also very prompt & Dwayne was an absolute sweetheart! Emelia from housekeeping also refreshed my room while I was away & restocked the water which was very much needed. My stay was meant for relaxation & self care and I definitely had that experience. Would definitely go back!

The hotel has very nice ambiance and a very great attentive stuff. Our room was very nice, all the furniture looks new, Nespresso coffee machine in the room. There is no any bad smell in the hotel overall. All the stuff doing great job taking care about this hotel. I was surprise they allow pets in their property, because it looks so fresh and neat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to the families with kids, because there is a huge play area with water sprayers, sand, climbing nets, chess just around the corner of the hotel in Hemisfair park. Also there is a 10mins walk ti river walk. Unfortunately there is a construction near the hotel but we did not hear any loud sounds, neither this construction spoiled our vacation or feelings about the hotel. Even with this fact I would recommend this hotel to visitors of the city.

I had a pleasant experience overall. The highlight of my stay was the staff and the  hotel cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent.

My room location was not favorable, and the restaurant has limited options of food with very small portions.pDespite this, the cleanliness and the great staff make Plaza Hotel Autograph Collection a place I would recommend and consider staying at again.

The rooms were beautiful, the front desk was really great! Ethan was very friendly and remembered us every time we came in and out and chatted with us. the bar by the pool was beautiful and the bartenders were great, drinks were beautiful but seemed small for the price. the valle was expensive. We parked down the street instead. The construction was a bummer but we just took the long way around. Luckily the rooms were quiet so we didn't hear the construction.we felt safe.

The drink I purchased at the bar was a margarita off the menu. It was expensive and small and week, but tasted ok. I only purchased the 1 because of the price.

The beautiful decor and preservation of the historic area it is situated in. The staff was courteous and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location of the hotel is perfect and close proximity to the Pearl Area and downtown activities.

It’s not the property at fault, but the area in front of the property is full of construction. However, the property notified me of alternate routes via email to get to the property 48 hours prior to check in which was greatly appreciated.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice. Ethan or Edan at the front desk was very pleasant and answered all of my questions regarding my stay. The bars they have are really nice. The ambiance of the hotel was great , smelled awesome! The only downfall of my stay was the view of my room was a construction site. Thankfully it was the weekend and they weren’t working or noisy. But the room was very comfortable and spacious . Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Would also recommend to others as well.

This hotel was genuinely the best my partner & i have stayed. As soon as you get there, you are priority. Outstanding staff & environment. As for the room, we couldn’t ask for more. The room was phenomenal with a view of downtown. They have a delicious restaurant as well as a patio with a bar that serves what you desire. Aside from all this, downtown is literally walking distance from this hotel. How convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. For sure will be staying here again in the future.

Nice, modern hotel Friendly staff Was here for work and the receptionist (I can remember here name!) was so sweet and welcoming! We had come in from a late flight and she made us feel comfortable The kitchen/bar has good food and drinks for lunch/dinner, coffee was okay.

Everything was so elegant & peaceful. The decor of the place was absolutely beautiful from inside and out to the outside patio / pool and bar area. The staff were so kind and very helpful especially valet they did not hesitate to help and answered every question.

Early morning constructions was loud but it’s understandable due to work having to be done around downtown.
