Loved the location! Only a couple blocks from Magnolia Silos, Dr Pepper Museum, and several restaurants. 5 minute or less drive to Baylor campus and Texas Ranger Museum. Hotel was super clean which was very important to me. Decor was modern and updated. AC in the room worked perfectly to keep it at the comfortable temperature for us. Beds and pillows were comfy. Shower in bathroom was large. Plenty of hot water. Ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. I accidentally left my big water jug in the mini fridge in the room. I noticed about 20 minutes after we left, while at breakfast. I called the front desk, they got the jug and had it waiting for me when we came back by.

I saw a few reviews that said the beds were too tall. I didn’t have any problem getting onto the bed, but if you are older or have mobility issues it could be an issue.

Very nice hotel, dinner and lunch were very good. Would stay there again. The location is both good and bad. Within walking distance to Magnolia but across the street from a homeless shelter. Parking lot was well lit and we had no issues. Overall, we will be going back and staying there the next time we go to Waco.

The location is in a very diversified area, lots of construction, poor pedestrian paths, and confusing traffic patterns. It was built close to Magnolia and that area is really nice but the surrounding area is pretty run down.

we were a party of 15 girls - the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. sitting on the sofas outside the bar area was amazing- the bar tenders were excellent

the breakfast voucher mix up- I purchased two tickets $18 we were told that we were to choose one entree one drink no alcohol- if we choose something over $15 we needed to pay the difference- the salmon was $18 okay I will pay $3 extra- nope I was charged $18 + $16 for the two tickets - one ticket could not be used towards that meal. so the meal cost $26 .

modern Hotel within walking distance to the Silos. Friendly staff, we got an upgrade to a suite as our standard room was not ready yet at arrival. Even got a bottle of wine as compensation for the waiting.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and seemed to have many options. The restaurant looked nice and clean and well staffed. The staff seemed very trained and prepared.

I went to get a quick breakfast to make it to my morning meeting. I was told there was no quick breakfast but that I could grab some from near the front desk. When I got there they told me they did not have anything, except some cereal boxes. When I asked if they had milk, they said no--I'd have to get in in the restaurant. Obviously that would require a lot more time. So I went without breakfast. I think if the hotel expect people who work to stay there, they might want to think about providing this resource.

Spacious room. Great shower. Good location.

No washing facilities! Told only dry cleaning on first on check-in. Then told available at checkout. A little disappointed as it said available on Booking.com. Room service very expensive!

The architecture and interior design was beautiful. The restaurant food was delicious. The waiter was excellent.

I didn’t like the manner of the desk attendants. They spoke very rapidly and behind the mask, it was difficult to hear their low voices. They need to slow down (remember, it’s our first time to hear “the info”). They need to speak louder because of the mask. Lastly, I thought it very pricey.

Stellar service and all else exceeded my expectations!

One amenity, a hot tub, is a high priority when booking hotels or resorts. When I arrived, that amenity was not in working order. I discussed this with the day manager and was informed it would not be fixed until Monday. Though I did not ask, I felt an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub would have been a wise offer on behalf of management. However, this matter is not a determinative factor in a return stay.

Location to downtown Waco and all the restaurants and events. Cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff.

nice hotel, very central. clean, large rooms with amenities. very friendly staff, bar with delicious drinks!

ask for a room on the 4th floor. you may hear the occupants above you if you reside in a room on or below 3rd floor. no safe in room. small items actually - we enjoyed our stay there very much.
